This casino is a scam! They're based out of Costa Rica, not USA. They have crazy betting requirements. Not one, but two. Normally, you have a bet requirement on a bonus, but once that's satisfied, you're good. Not here. I had a $40 bonus. They required 40x for bonus requirement. I met that and had a balance of $1600. When I went to withdraw, I was told there's a 2nd requirement, which was $60,000. That's not a typo. $60,000!! Buyer beware.

I’m going to be honest I always bounce back from site to site and yes they have very large rollovers with bonuses but there isn’t another site like them to do such bonuses all the time. If you win u get paid sometimes it takes a little bit but their customer service is great u can call in chat with support at time you want. If u want immediate payout all the time stay away from the bonuses if you gamble a ton and a large rollover dosnt matter to you use the bonuses because they pay if you make it though the rollovers great site all around 10/10

Wad given a 200 percent deposit bonus told there was a 40x play thru i completed the play thru went to cash out and they come up with 16 thousand more dollars of play thru i wasn't told about when I deposited im thru with them they can keep their casino you cant cash out of there's plenty of others that pay good and fast im very disgusted and disappointed

I closed my account and they say I can’t get my money back due to something about bonuses. I’ve made deposits on my credit card and won over $300 on tennis last year leaving about $185 in my account and now I can’t get it back!

Do not bet on the horses at this site. They don't pay you back your original bet if you win. How this is happening I have no clue. Why would anyone bet on a 5/4 horse if you're going to lose your original bet to the house is beyond me and they should be embarrassed that they are running a site like this. Your response is not true. Why then on a bet of $3 to win $3 to show and $3 to place on a 3/1 horse did you payout $12. How did you come up with that number?

Withdrawal request denied because I need to wager $2476 more. I started with a $100 deposit. Balance is now$1025 with free play balance of $32. I tried to decline the free play but was told deal with it, deposit $3000.
I didn’t want or know about the free play but said I already met the wagering from blackjack.
They seem to not want to pay me or they can’t afford $200. I don’t know anyone who thinks a requirement to wager $3000 but only in games Betus picks. I played 218 hands of black jack with an average bet of $13. But those don’t count.
Some blame Betus and say Betus won’t pay ever. I was told to bet more so I wagered about $3500 in black jack hands. I was ordered to wager in sports betting only. No way I would have agreed to wager $4000 for a credit if $104. My history shows I do t accept free plays. Betus.com. Then closed my account because of a threatening post. The agent told me he couldn’t tell me what threatened him because he hadn’t read the post. He also couldn’t explain why the post causing account closure was dated after the actual closing.
So I can’t wager because my account is closed. I will forfeit my $100 deposit and winnings if $932 unless I wager $3000 more but not in “non traditional table games” like black jack.

Im surprised there are no Poker reviews here yet. Their new poker is im between a scam and a fraud based on many variables. Either there are bot/superuser/employee players or these hands are set by ai to keep it fun Fair and interesting but it's certainly not random. It could also go by account status like deposits and withdrawal totals like if youre up you get worse cards and if you're down you'll get better cards. Anyway the system bias is very clear. They'll respond to this review with some copy and paste ai rhetoric denying it but it's very true. They have this poker where they can basically do whatever they want with it. Its interface comes with thousands of options on their control panel. If you play you can see that winning hands were made for you. Also they have it where basically " everyone gets a turn to win a hand" to keep it fair which proves it's rigged
If it's not rigged where are they getting thousands of dollars to pay out in these tournaments when only hundreds are coming in. They claim to have a million accounts but yet less than 100 players sign up to play in these? Less than 100 players per tournament are willing to throw up $10 to play ? Lol and I'd say half of these 100 are Costa Rican or Canadian with access to the cards. Betus is so cheap but they're gonna put up thousands daily and only take in hundreds and then call it an " overlay " ? It's bullshit and they are up to something in the poker and it's very obvious. Every hand is a designed hand. Most hole cards are pure trash. Their same poster boy players or associates get hand delivered hands no skill whatsoever to beat the few actual customers in the game. You see the same similarities each tournament. Even betnow who ironically have the same exact poker but only offer very few tournaments said that betus is up to no good with their poker and would never "overlay" that much . Its clear they paid actors and the majority of the payouts are coming right back to Betus with only a few real players coming in the money and that's based on your account status on deposits, withdrawal amount etc. Ive played basically every tournament since it started in November. The cards are so fishy it's hilarious. When you're big or small blind.. youre ONLY dealt a " big or small blind" hand. 7/4,6/3/6/2,8/5,9/2,8/3,7/2. When you're off the blinds hands improve but like I said each hand is designed for a specific player hand by hand throughout the tournament. They have it set " ace happy" where 3 people will get an ace with ace on flop and system decides who gets out kicked but yet you never see it with any other card. Like players battling with a Q or K and someone gets out kicked only the ace. Ive only had AA 3 times now. Compared to others who you see have it constantly like their associates. No matter what the moderator here says to this post you know because you've experienced it. This poker is fake and only benefits the house. You can win and enjoy yourself ill say that and it's a good sophisticated platform it's new. But it's also set up with the many options betus has at its disposal. Its not just random poker where anyone can win. It wouldn't work business wise because the same people would win and nobody would want to play Anymore.There is definitely something going on its easy to tell. Its fun to play knowing you have a chance but very easy to tell Betus is doing something. And yes they are so dont think differently. You'll see their horse shit reply " oh here at betus we take your feedback seriously " blah blah " we have an RNG to keep the cards BLAH BLAH BLAH

IF you play you can see for yourself it's fake but if you play you can obviously tell yourself the reasons why you continue to play because there is a slight chance to make it to the final table and collect but youre not only going against real paying customers in a random poker anything can happen poker game. Update 2: just so everyone is aware, a lot of the 5 star reviews are employees of theirs. I wish this site would have worked out but literally tens of thousands of dollars lost, no win. Don't get ripped off here.

BetUs has great customer care. But when you buy a package you have to pay a extra charge to your card. And there casino games are not that great. Needs improvement.

Casino has went significantly down hill and I would avoid it. Very bad slots. Hundreds of spins with mostly dead spins and no bonuses. It used to be fun and you could win a little and make it enjoyable. Now it's just take mode. Save your money.

Today was the worst customer service experience that I've ever came across. The wait time to get your wins are simply too long it's giving a company that does like to payout but hounds you down to make a deposit. So after waiting over 12 hours to get my wins of $440 they contacted me about some bullshit. The security Jim was the absolute worst!!! He told me that I should "stop gambling because all I do is come on betus to play one game." Long story (short version) he was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I recorded the whole conversation. I submitted documents and a pic of myself that they requested and you know what?? My money is still sitting on the account!
