Must admit that this is the leader of scam and rigged games in the UK market.Slots rigged with use of AI they manipulate slots so no chance of winning anything.Additionally their free bonus game Prize Weel is so rigged that is ridiculous to even play it.Mostly what is given is the lowest prize available on the Weel no matter if that's free one or after deposit and wager.15 times in a row the 5 free spins on one of the games how this is even considered as a random.Random is only the chance if they have some kind of system update when AI is not available to manipulate and give you the worst what is on offer.Highly recommend to avoid those shameless scammers and thieves

Don't use Betway, ever.

I signed up last week for a new customer offer (bet £10 get £40 in free bets), as I wanted to use the free bets on the final day of Cheltenham. I staked my £10, followed all the promotional ts&cs, haven't been given my free bets.

Was told they would be credited automatically within 24 hours, which they weren't. So I couldn't use them on Cheltenham. I then said okay no problem I'll use them on the football over the weekend. Still no free bets credited. Whenever I go on live chat, they just say please wait a bit longer for your free bets (after waiting for about 30 mins to finally speak to someone).

I've now waited 4 days for my free bets, 4 days since I staked the wagering requirement, and I'm still waiting and the live chat just still fob you off and ask you to wait a bit longer.

They go against their own Ts&Cs and offer fake, non-existing promotional offers to get you to sign up and spend your money, but then don't hold up their end of the deal. Safe to say I will never be using Betway again with my own money, and I hope no one else falls for the fake promotional offers.

Stay well away. Plenty of other good bookies around.

Awful awful awful, had an issue with live casino where my £30 stake was rejected but not returned, I have emailed them multiple times and tried live chat but no one will help or wants to, currently trying complaints but not confident I will get anywhere as the customer service is as bad as it gets. Absolute scumbags. I didnt know I had created an acoount years before so seen a sign up bonus. I created an account that was the exact same name, address and it never flagged. I deposited and they then shut my account and said I had to speak to them. I waited over 25 mins to be told the suspended my account and are keeping my deposit for an honest mistake. If I was trying to have multiple accounts I would not have used my name, the same address thats just plain as the nose on your face. Theives they are.... AVOID!

I actually feel sick. The sign up bonus was not credited to my account after I 1000% did all the right things, staff accused me of lying and said I must have pressed the wrong button and ended the chat immediately. I waited 1 hour of my day to get through to somebody. Horrible horrible company. Complaint made

Have just seen a bank withdrawl by betway of which i did not make i was fuming 55 pounds but I have just been in touch with costomer service who actually was very helpful its an error and im hoping itll be back in my account soon if so not a oroblem and i may even open the account again as i closed it due to withdrawl issues but whoever i spoke to has made me think betway may be ok hopefully i will beable to up date this review with a positive review when refund is in my bank by the 18th nov . I want to thank the guy who sorted it out and replying with email to let me know and confirm the error After withdrawl issue on 14th which resulted in me shutting my account i can only say this issue was sorted quickly and how costomer service shd be and keeps costomers . So will look into rejoining based on expierience today .

Failed to pay me out when I won on the live Alice in Wonderland game and when I went to live chat to address the problem they then proceeded to suspend my account. They don’t reply to emails, don’t honour their promotions and don’t pay you correctly.
Betway need investigating by the Gambling Commission as they are absolute scammers

Such a shameful experience I never faced from any other company in the world. Stay miles away from attending interviews with them. Company with no morals, standard or ethics. They do not need quality employees. Its a no go company. Bad luck if you even get a call from them.
