It has now been 4 weeks that I've waited for a dress to arrive, still not here! Constantly going around in circles with emails. Ordered from a Facebook advert. Just to warn any others DONT DO IT. DONT TRUST THEM! Very disappointed!
DREADFUL CHEAP QUALITY
DREADFUL CHEAP QUALITY, will not refund!!
Received dress after a few weeks, terrible quality really cheap material, nothing like the picture advertising it.
Requested refund they completely refused stating there was nothing wrong with it.
I will never buy from them again!!
Terrible company
Terrible company! DO NOT use them!
Ordered two dresses via Facebook advert. More fool me! They took ages to arrive, were of very poor quality and I’m having terrible problems trying to get a refund. They are not responding to my email enquiries or online chat discussions.

I ordered an item back in July in good time for my holiday next week 23rd September it arrived in Lincoln on 13 August but still not delivered. I had enquired on many occasions regarding this but just get nowhere .... not even a refund when I asked. NOT HAPPY will never use these people again.
Took more money than advertised - can’t cancel order
The item advertised was not what they took. Costing me £6 more (not much however it is the principal) I attempted to cancel the order however their advice was to trust my first choice and wait for delivery? They are unable to respond to my emails stating it is unsuccessful? I would not recommend this company advertising on Facebook!! I’ve raised a case with PayPal and reported to trading standards!!
