As soon as I began betting they set very low limits on my play: $100 on NFL games, $50 on NCAAF games, and even less on other sports. And, since the limits were so low, I could not reach my play through level on the bonus. Ergo, I can't withdraw. They essentially took my deposit but then trapped my money at their site through the limits. Terrible site I will never use again.

Scam after making a deposit I couldn't log into the website. They had also posted a positive review in which I knew nothin about.

Worse gambling website I have ever used. You must watch every winning credited to your account they will short you. There customer service is garbage.

This site is absolutely horrible. You can request a withdrawal of up to $2500 which they say will be processed within 5 days, HOWEVER, it takes 2 weeks to process and they NEVER pay $2500. They give you some BS about how much you bet, deposit, how active you are and only send $300. Never seen a site withhold funds like that. Betwhale is a scam!

Over a month and still waiting for my money. Just want my withdrawal so I can delete the app and NEVER mess with them again. I have contacted them several times and havr proof of all of this... also i never got my bonus but I don't care about that, just want my withdrawal so I can be done

They make it easy to make a deposit but as soon as you want a withdrawal, that is when the shenanigans start!
They come up with every excuse imaginable why your withdrawal has not been sent to you.

I’ve been waiting 4 days now for my $2,500 withdrawal from BetWhale to get approved. I know their site says it can take up to 5 days, but honestly, it’s hard not to get worried when other betting sites I use usually process withdrawals in under two hours. i am worried about getting my money out..

What’s making me even more nervous is reading other people’s comments saying that after waiting forever, they were only allowed to withdraw like $300 at a time. If that’s true, this could end up taking months just to get my own money back — and that’s really concerning.

I just don’t get how this site gets so many positive reviews when the payout process seems so slow and unclear. It’d be great if BetWhale could be more transparent or actually speed up withdrawals, because right now, this whole thing feels sketchy.

Avoid this Casino like the plague. They are a very shady company. Won $600 after completing a ridiculous 35x play through requirement. Requested the $600 redemption and was denied for the full amount and only given $300. I then again requested the remaining $300 and have been ghosted for it for over 3 weeks now. So while I did technically get paid something, it was nowhere near the amount I won and they will not pay out the rest. Company cannot be trusted.

Definitely a scam site. It’s been over a month and I haven't gotten my money. Of course Ive messaged several times and it’s always an excuse. Then the last message they says “oh there has been an error and we are launching an investigation over this.” Bunch of BS. Then said I can get it faster if I want bitcoin. Zero stars, worst site, i have used the site for over a year, and deposits is instant every everything works fine there. But when I win, withdrawals take forever, so i end up canceling pretty much every time. i keep asking them to remove the feature or just speed up my withdrawal, after waiting like 5 days and still nothing, just the same ai talking in the support. i lost a lot on this site, and withdrawals never come, or just take too long, to where I just wanna lose it instead.

You might win until you try and withdraw the money. The second I was approved for verification the 28,000$ I had won over the course of playing all day every day for 5 days was gone in less than an hour. Went from winning bonuses every 30-60 spins and winning 500 on average while betting 20-40$ spins to getting a bonus every 300-400 spins and the most I won was 9$. If your going to change the RTP and be a shady online casino atleast do it a little less suddenly and severely.

And the best part after pretty obviously screwing with me and my account they stole not ONE, But TWO desperate credit card numbers and made purchases on them both. I know it was them because the second one was only two days old and they were the only think I had used the card with. So please explain how that must be "Bad luck" or whatever other nonsense you tell people who complain about your casino. Literally steal your info on top of stealing your money in their rigged casino. DO NOT SIGN UP. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER LEGIT CASINOS YOU CAN PLAY.

It took 3 days from 10/18/25 to 10/21/2025 on adjustment payment from betwhale. Emails. Chat. etc.

Superior service. Was missing payment and was adjusted correctly on my account. Shoutout to Mr. Dorian.

Now, waiting on withdrawal process. Hopefully no delays. Thank you Betwhale!

A FEW YEARS AGO I CASHED OUT AROUND 1.5K FROM THEM, R THEY DID THE SAME THING WITH ME, I WAITED IT OUT, THEN I CHARGED BACK MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE 500 I INITIALLY DEPOSITED WITH THEM, I ADVISE ALL OF U IF U USED CREDIT CARDS TO DO THE SAME

As close to a complete scammer as you can get. The 10-14 day $300 withdrawal cycles is the tip of the iceberg with this company. Finally got a real bone to pick with them. After requesting another $2500 from them (yes, I know I’m only getting 300$), I redeemed a 10$ sportsbook bonus bet from them. At this point, I have around $800 in my account. Didn’t get to use it and I decided to head to the Buffalo Sabres game and bet on the game. I placed 500$ on the Sabres ML who won the game 8-4. At 1.89 odds, I should’ve been paid out around $945. To my surprise, I had less money in my account than before I even placed my bet. Way less. $450 less. I was somehow down $450 after winning $400. Turns out due to some “terms & conditions” the $10 bonus bet somehow got combined with my large $500 wager and my maximum payout from this was $300 and change. If anyone from BETWHALE is reading this I hope you’re happy that I will make over 3.5k from your company. The Canada Goose jacket I got is amazing. I swear to never place another wager on your sportsbook unless my family has a gun to their head.

Website gives great bonuses although they take atleast a week to payout which is really frustrating.
If you got a payout and they keep giving you copy and paste answers its annoying but they will payout which is the main thing.

Betwhale.ag Stole My Money....
Account Blocked and locked out with over $2700 in the account balance.
Received an email today from Betwhale.ag stating that account will not be unlocked or reactivated. And will not let me withdrawal the balance.

I like the book itself, great odds plenty of betting options with a cash out option that other books don't have. I will say the negative they are a day late and a dollar short when it comes to their payout. Never pay out the full amount request as well tedious 5+ days to receive payment. Now notified they will take 6-10 days to process payment because they are "backed up".
