Can confirm the other reviews about zero prospects of success on games are true I have not had 1 winning spin on their 20p roulette game ever I literally mean not 1 winning spin I don't think their is a calculator on earth what could work out the probability of this happening. Shocking company hope you get shut down soon deposited using bank debit card been using for sometime.with the same card tryed with drawing I couldn't because they said can only withdraw using PayPal. That's a load of rubbish. States front of your page what bank cards can be used.its because I started winning more amounts that's when you decided I can't withdraw. So I played my winnings out.then made a comment on trust pilot to let other people know.stay well clear 1star says it all.complete scammers.

Sign up and betting offers are dreadful when you look at the ts & cs. Bet €50 to get a €10 free bet (which they never give anyway). And their Cheltenham offers are stingy too: Bet €20 on a race and if it's 2nd by half a length get a whole €5 free bet. Just kinda stingy. Stick with the likes of Bet365/Skybet if you want decent offers.

Wouldn't say the slots are rigged as I did win on many of them but the payout vs main brand casinos in the UK for the same games is incredibly low.

My issue for the one star like others is mid bonus feature I got kicked out of my account and couldn't log back in due to being suspended. I received an email asking for KYC documents which were provided immediately and have not received a response despite multiple follow up emails and my account remains suspended.

I had a balance of £400 in my account, had just won a bonus feature (winnings of that unknown as I got kicked out as it loaded) and had over £400 staked on sports bets

Terrible. They say they have BOG on some races. Ive done a fair few and not didn't get one. Their promo is rubbish and misleading. The only good thing is they settle bets quickly. There are way better bookmakers out there. I definitely expect BOG on all UK and Irish racing these days...no excuses. Also, the only way you can contact them is by email! No contact number or live chat. This won't last long if they don't sort it out!

Stay away, i have bet over £200 in £10 bets over the last 2 weeks, they were supposed to give me a weekly promo as promised on their site but they never did, only looking for stupid excuses, no customer service or whatever total joke.
