Got no bonus for joining all of a sudden it’s a casino bonus. The live chat took 20 mins to get connected and got through to a guy called Derek who’s attitude oozed the fact he didn’t give a damn and I sent an email to the correct address which he confirmed was correct on the chat and he said they hadn’t received anything when it is clearly showing in my inbox. So obviously a problem with there email and awful slack attitude and never got a bonus for joining I would avoid at all costs there are a lot better out there and the fact when you get on to live chat they are not interested in trying to help you shows me that they are not bothered about keeping a good customer on twelve hours I had staked probably over 2000 thousand pounds there loss
