Wrong shipping used so dress arrived late
My wife has recently placed an order on their website for a £600 dress and paid for 24h tracked shipping so that the dress would arrive on time for a function. However, they have wrongly sent the parcel with 48h shipping, meaning the dress arrived after my wife actually needed it. As for the return process, she’s had to pay an extra £7.5 due to no fault of her own. I would personally avoid
