0 stars should be an option. Scam artists. Over €100 spent, never received product. They don't reply to emails, they don't have a contact number!!!

My first order from Beumoon was for rust treatment paint, I paid NZ$57 for a total of 4 pots of paint not realising that the 1 pot which was sent was only 100ml. Effectively I have been charge a rate of $570 per litre. I have requested a refund and consider the whole offer misleading.

Received a much cheaper item than the one ordered.
Sent photos and emails. They now ignore all my emails. As others have said no other way to contact them other than email.
Sorry to say but I would have given them -stars if I could have.

They signed me up for auto delivery now they won't stop have been trying for weeks we just go round and round no phone number to call product came it was what they said but you can't cancel once it starts SCAM

SCAM. They are deceived. Bought an item as it said buy two, pay for one. Only got one and they refuse to send another. Pure scam

It's now 7/25/23 and according to their shipping company USPS received package on 5/18/23 for local delivery. Called and went into USPS and was told they never received it and that I was scammed. I have emailed them too many times to count asking for them to refund or reship. They just keep sending me the tracking info again. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I was scammed by false & misleading advertising into purchasing their Microcurrent Lifting Device. It’s an absolute joke !! Trying to get a refund but they’re making it very difficult. Drawing out email communication until the 14 day refund return policy no longer applies.

I was sent a completely different, and much cheaper, item to that which I ordered. After an initial prompt response, requesting a photograph of the item delivered to me, I heard nothing.
I have now read reviews on Trustpilot and suspect Beaumont to be fraudulent and their adverts deliberately misrepresent the items they are selling. When seeking reimbursement, I was sent return slip in Spanish. The returns policy does not mention return slip or return address.
I would recommend this company be avoided.
I am now pursuing refund via PayPal and hope I do not have to involve trading standards.

Sheep crap and false advertisement!

Worst Website ever! Everything is fake, states it has free "2 day delivery", a month later my tiny package arrives through the letter box.... (enough?)
I ordered the well known Shine Brown Tan accellerator. "Buy one get one free", sure of course anyone would! I opened the package to find hmm.. a tiny container with stickers falling off of it "claiming" it was the shine brown, in fact it was maybe Nivea moisturiser? In a sample tub. Emails upon emails sent, as said below, automatic emails generated to not even answer your questions. If you pay for something on this website use paypal, thankfully I got my money back but be warned... absolutely scam artists running this website.

My shoes arrived today , omg didn't I get scammed, only lies they advertised on these shoes, poor quality and cheap shoes paid 40 euro and they were on offer from 60 euro. Absolutely fit for the bin now. Please stay away from this website

Broken item when received. For a refund they want the item sent back. Poor email response

I bought a product advertised at 'buy one get one free'. I only received one and have been getting the run around ever since. Don't shop with this company they are a bunch of thieves.

The product sent didn't do as it was advertised. I tried to get a refund, but they were not helpful and eventually stopped replying. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

DO NOT SHOP ON BEUMOON! What a joke, the order that arrived was nothing like what I had ordered! And trying to get them to refund or replace is ridiculous! they just keep sending you the same question over and over again from different emails! STay away

Ordered the indistructable balloon as advertised on you tube, it arrived, totally different product and quite frankly dangerous avoid this company at all costs. household goods I can quite understand you get what you pay for but this 'toy' was not a balloon that fills with water but a second rate cheap bit of rubbish leason learned , eighteen pounds wasted .

Absolute farce of a shop. Have never left a bad review on anything in my life. I should have taken head to the terrible reviews. Order came what felt like decades later, looked nothing like pictures. Now trying to return I cannot find email of order because they email you from so many different address its hard to find. Also they only give you 2 weeks to return. I will just accept my loss of 40€. NEVER BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF AN ONLINE SHOP
