Needs to be in Jail

I don't understand why Leila, the owner of this company is not in jail?????? I could write all the details of my experience with this grifter but, the other reviews have said it all. Please, somebody in the UK sue this woman.

Order not arrives

Almost 6 weeks ago I placed an order on beutiskincare.co.uk. Before placing the order, the communication with the CS was clear and everything looked fine. However, after payment was processed, email of shipment confirmation with a FedEx tracking number, but the order never arrives. On FedEx tracking, it said "label created" and no more updates.
I contacted a person called "Leila" and she said she is following up with the courier. And no more response.
It's a scam! I will keep chasing them daily and hope they will send my order one day. Very upset with such shopping experience.

We bought wholesale from beauti…

We bought wholesale from beauti skincare. Our first order we placed a small order and payment was due when we placed the order. The order took a long time to fill but we received it. We decided to place another order since it is a nice product and our customers liked it. Same deal payment was made when we placed the order. This time it took a very long time to get the order and I was getting nervous that we might be getting scammed. After a longer than normal wait we eventually did get this order. Third order we were a bit more confident since we had already received 2 orders from them so we doubled the order and paid as requested when we placed the order. The order was taking a long time to fill but we kept getting reassured that they were working on it. After so many months of waiting, all communication was stopped. The owner of beutiskincare stopped answering. I kept messaging but nothing. My emails were ignored. Started looking online and found out that the company address were it is registered is a dummy address that multiple companies use- not there real location. Looked further and noticed a pattern of beutiskincare closing down their business and reopening it under a similar name. Court documents showed that company shut down shortly after our third payment was made and reopened under a very similar but slightly different name so we were out of luck. The company we had sent our money to was out of business and the new company was not legally obligated to send us our order. This is why so many people are commenting that they are not getting their orders. The owner of beutiskincare starts off filling orders when she opens the new company but then after a year or so she begins the same pattern of taking orders, collecting payments and then shutting down the company and reopening a new one. She should be charged with fraud and not be allowed to continue with this. Larger retails are still selling her products because she is smart enough not to screw them. She screws the smaller retailers (like me) and the customers who buy directly from her. As a matter of principle, I think the larger retailers should not support such a dishonest and obviously corrupt business owner.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

IT IS A SCAM.
I had ordered from Beuti Skincare twice in 2019, had no problems whatsoever and love their Elixir and Pomegranate Glow.
I placed an order in mid March 2023, the payment went through immediately and l received confirmation of the order.
I never received notification of dispatch, or tracking details. I waited one month before writing. And writing. And writing (emails and on the web chat).
Their responses have been rare and confused (at one point l was told there was a problem with the courier, only the attached screenshot was for an order from the US, whereas I'm in the EU).
The last message l received, on the web chat on 1st June, said "We will issue a refund". That was 2 months ago.
What really annoys me is that the website is still available for purchases.
How is this possible?
Update: My bank returned my money in October. I see this as added evidence that it was a scam/fraud/ etc.

Don't order anything from them

If I can rate zero, I'll do it. It is totally ridiculous. I made an order online; they sent me a fraud delivery email and I never received my product. It has been one and half months. Don't place any order from them otherwise you may lose your money.

beutiskincare.co.uk duplicate

This is a joke. This is a second profile on Trustpilot for Beutiskincare website (the other one is beutiskincare.co.uk with loads of bad reviews). I made an order in October and never received what I ordered, they just took the money. No communication despite trying to contact them via email, instagram and their website. Do not order anything on this website.
