No complaints

As an African American, everything that was advertised worked out well for me. Really no complaints. I have not had to contact their customer service yet.

I was really excited to use this…

I was really excited to use this product because of what they mentioned on the Spotify add , although I am Hispanic I still was really excited to try it . Although towards the end it said it was only for African Americans . Kind of sucks because they should be promoting it for all minorities and not just African Americans . Bad advertising

Bevel! Bait and switch! Return Policy Thievery

I recently posted about this company Bevel. I thought for sure I had made a good decision regarding the purchase of a starter kit for shaving. Well, the expedited order took over 7 days to arrive and when it did arrive it was missing the razor and shaving cream brush. I signed up for Bevel through an $80.00 promotion which took off $39.95. They offer the starter kit and afterwards a monthly or bimonthly replenishing kit. They sent me a replenishing kit in place of the Starter Kit. I contacted them, which must be done by email, no customer service number, and asked that the matter be corrected or refunded. This was there response.

“Hi Darren,

Sure thing, happy to assist! Your account is now canceled and I have return instructions for you below for the recent Replenishment Kit that has been shipped out to you.

We recommend that you insure each item before you ship it. We cannot replace or provide credit for items lost during shipping. Please hold onto your tracking number as well.

We'll need to receive your return by 01/18/2018 unopened. We'll be sure to shoot you an email to let you know once your return has been processed, but please allow up to 2 weeks. Your refund will have the $9.95 restocking fee and original shipping charge deducted.

I have our Return Center's address with your RMA number below. Please note that returns can only be processed if they are sent to the address below with the RMA noted. Returns sent "refused" or "return to sender" will not be received by us, nor processed.”

What a joke. I promised them I would spread the word on their great customer service and criminal return policy. My advice, Stay Away!!!!!!
