Lovely family park

Lovely family park. Booking was easy and staff very helpful and friendly on arrival. Lovely and quiet when we arrived amazing sea views. The entertainment team made this park they were absolutely brilliant working so very hard. Restaurant food was good and staff very polite. Pool was excellent.
Now to the negatives: toilets were a disgrace. Showers not cleaned for the 3 days we were there same hair and cigarette butts in there all the time. Mentioned to reception about the showers on day 2 nothing done. White wine served warm in restaurant which is poor when your spending £19 on a bottle of it. Also no mention of the free golf even though it’s on the kids menu when we bought a desert.
Saying all of this we will come back but come on it maybe the end of the season but we are still paying premium prices and expect clean showers!

Shocking that this 'business' would rather lose out altogether than be flexible with what days I'm allowed to stay there! You have been warned: make sure to book your stay when THEY say you can!

Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay. Took my little family for a weekend break, but wish we’d stayed longer! Staff were lovely and friendly, food was delicious and not overly expensive. Pool was warm and clean. Stayed in a caravan with a ‘Loft’ and it was brilliant, my daughter loved having a cosy little den of her own and it’s such a funky, unique idea!
Will definitely be back - we actually booked before we left for next February Half Term!

Best Holiday Park in Devon!

We have been going to UK holiday parks for years and by far this is the best we have ever been to! There are many parks near Torquay and we decided on Beverley Holidays due to the location and we weren't disappointed. We invested in a hot tub lodge on Beverley View and wow it was exceptional. The views from the balcony and hot tub were amazing, especially at night. We stayed in Signature 2 and it was beautiful. Immaculately clean and spacious. The lodge itself had great living areas, was well equipped and had the biggest TV we have ever seen in a lodge on any park.

The park was full but was so tranquil we relaxed straight away. We are a family of 3 with a 4 year old. The main park had everything we needed. The weather was mixed while we were there but the activities and pools kept us busy. The park has a free soft play and big outdoor park which kept our 4 year old happy. We did play crazy golf onsite which was a good laugh but the last hole is very hard so be warned! A highlight for the whole family was the entertainment as the team we great. Very funny, very engaging and memorable. The family bingo was great fun and had the whole room dancing.

The reason we booked at Beverley was the location and boy that didn't let us down. We went to Brixham, Torquay and walked to Goodrington beach which is beautiful. There is so much to do on and off the park which was perfect for us. We even enjoyed the model village which was 20 minutes away.

A great holiday, great accommodation and great memories. We will be back next year!

fantastic!

I arrived at this park in the busy summer period, the park was stunning, grounds well kept. Caravans very clean and spacious, brilliant entertainment.
Pools were fantastic, a lovely outdoor heated pool with music that created an atmosphere like being abroad.

Could not recommend Beverley holidays high enough. Made some fantastic memories.

Amazing holiday experience from start to finish!

Stayed here three times both camping and a lodge. Can I say what an amazing experience we had. The site and facilities were clean and tidy. The staff in reception were always at hand to help out and always with a smile. The entertainment staff made sure that you were looked after.
We feel it is a home from home....see you very soon.

The park was lovely the view was good

The park was lovely the view was good. We got thier on the 11th August. If you got energetic children like ours there was a great amount of activities for them to do. Also my husband is disabled but never any parking left near caravan so we decided to park on just on the grass we wasn't using anyones touring plot at all as we were staying in a static caravan. We wasn't in anyones way at all. Unfortunately on the Monday a family towing a caravan came out telling us we couldn't park there because apparently that is what the holiday park told them to tell us but they didn't say it politely they were very aggressive. The 2 adults came out threatening me my disabled husband the bloke threatened to have us. Very low person threatening someone who is disabled. So we had to get security involved who said to the person the we were not on there touring plot and that is was fine due to my husband disability. The security was amazing the way he dealt with it bit Unfortunately this had already ruined our holiday as this couple done it in front of my 4 young children with one of them which learning needs and he was really scared. We were worried about this couple damaging our car so in the end decided to park it quite away from our caravan. I wasn't scared of this couple as I deal with people like them in my job everyday but I had to be careful what I said as any fighting or anything I would loose my job so we had our summer holiday ruined by another family. We have never been to a holiday park and experienced threatening behaviour as normal people just want to come and have fun. As we had a 12 year old distressed we decided to leave the holiday park early so what a waste of 1000 pound. We was going to come back here for a bank holiday holloween and Christmas theme holiday but decided not to risk it and waste more money

Worst experience I have ever had

Spent 10hours travelling to beverley Park towing a caravan for a 12 day holiday that coincide with my daughters 14th birthday when we arrived at the site we checked in and were escorted to a pitch
The so called pitch was actually on the road and was the entrance to the storage area for caravans the so called pitch was not big enough to put the awning up and or park our car.
There was a car parked on part of our so called pitch and we were told that it may take some time, understanding that this was no fault of the guy who had escorted us he advised us to speak to reception myself and my wife went to reception were there were 2 lady's we explained about the car and the lack of space and the fact that it want even a pitch the so called head receptionist told us adamantly their was no other pitches available she then proceeded to go to the back office as she was leaving her seat we were told on no uncertain terms that she had worked there for 23 years and we basically should not have questioned her.
She returned a few minutes later to say the reservation manager had said there was 1 pitch available but they only used it in extreme emergencys.
I then asked to speak to this reservation manager with also angered the head receptionist but she did come and speak to me.
We went to look at the emergency pitch nut this was literally had bins stored on 1 side and stunk obviously and swarming with flies.
I returned to speak to so called manager who then accused me of being rude to her head receptionist.
I asked her to view the cc tv but she refused and said I was being awkward.
I said I hadn't paid £900 for a so called pitch that was basically the road.
She showed no concern about the children or the fact of how far we travelled and basically told we should just have a refund.
We had to leave the site with 2 children devastated crying in the car. We couldn't find another site and made the decision to travel home.
On the way home I called their helpline and spoke to a senior manager who then also accused me of being rude to the receptionist and that the second pitch that was offered to us that was only used in extreme emergency was actually one of their most popular pitches. The point I think I'm trying to get across is that they have absolutely no customer service skills and seem only concerned with there holiday homes and lodges I am 54 years old and I can truly say that this is the worst experience I have ever had on my life and would not wish it to ever happen to anyone else

We have just returned from a long…

We have just returned from a long weekend at Beverley Park and had an amazing time! This is our 2nd year running staying at the park and we stayed in the same caravan which we requested as it is easy access to all the amenities. The caravan was exceptionally clean to a high standard.
We ate in the Jetty and also had breakfast and the food was absolutely delicious! A massive thank you to the chefs and restaurant staff ⭐️
Reception staff and shop staff were equally brilliant, so friendly and helpful.
The entertainment in the evening was great fun, we are all adults with no kids with us but we loved seeing all the kids and families having fun.
The entertainment staff were fantastic! Putting on some great shows, absolutely brilliant talent! A massive massive shout out to Reece! Where he gets all that energy from is beyond me! Absolute star and such a lovely lad! Found time to have a chat with us and told us how he loves his job. Please pass on our praise to him ( and the others of course!) but Reece really did stand out.
Thankyou #beverleyholidays for a great experience, honestly can't fault a thing!
See you next year.

Definitely returning next year

Definitely returning next year!
We came home on Saturday 17th June after staying for one week, we stayed in a platinum caravan. Very clean and tidy.
We loved the pool everyday and the weather was definitely a bonus. My children loved the entertainment every night. Reece, Sophie, paul, rj amd Caitlin was absolutely exceptional on stage and also with my two children. All very welcoming and brilliant entertainers. (Pay rise pending haha.
Debbie, Tracey and another women (apologies I didn’t catch her name) are brilliant receptionist l, catered to all mine and my families needs. Very polite customer service which is a high when being away.
Amy and George who are on food and beverage were very nice and the food was to a very high standard, although it was really highly priced. We did get over ourselves as the food was spot on.
We have never been to Devon before and this experience has been the best.

The only thing I would change is the customer service in the nisa shop on site, as most are quite rude and very abrupt. The prices was ridiculous.

See you next year Beverley holidays! Amazing place 10/10 from the wilkies/ hardys xx

Myself & my husband have just stayed 3 nights on a Motorhome pitch, great value & all amenities included e.g pools, gym & entertainment venue. Staff on arrival extremely friendly & welcoming. Well stocked shop on site, great kids facilities (not applicable to us) great views over the bay. Toilet & shower block spotlessly clean & easily accessible. We had a great stay, thank you for your hospitality & we will be back.

Avoid booking holiday at Beverley Holidays!

Facilities will now cost £220 for a family of 6 or £280 for a family of 8 staying on this site for a week!
It is a sad shame that this caravan park are looking to cash in during our current economic climate, when guests like us are just looking to return after spending many holidays on this site.
The price for facility passes last year was a maximum of £64 for a family of 8.
How has this increased from £64 to £280?!?
We have tried to communicate with the managers on site about this barbaric increase. However, their lack of integrity and unethical approach to customer service has left us with no other choice but to look elsewhere for our holiday.
Luckily, we landed on Hoburne Devon Bay website and wow what a difference in customer service.. and facility passes are £60 for a family of 8 for a week!
Stay away from Beverley Park!
