After numerous attempts by the company to give me a cashback on my purchase of poor quaiity products. They started with a 10% offer, then 20% then 30%. I accepted the 30% offer, just to get over the nightmare of dealing with them. 1-1/2 months later, still no cashback, only excuses stating they need time to process. Run don't walk away from purchasing from this fake company.

Ordered a pretty cherry red sweater for Christmas.
What arrived was a pinky slinky material top that is really ugly and looks nothing like the picture as advertised. How do I return it for a refund?

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Stay away! Bad products and terrible customer support.
They offer to replace the product for free but give you a code which asks for more money.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. I paid for shipping insurance, item never arrived and the customer service department is NON existent. They will not give me my money back.

Garbage, I ordered two shorts. It took three weeks to get them. The size is all wrong. The quality is the worst. They charge me $80 for both. You can buy them at target for nine dollars each. The picture of the short is misleading. It’s not the same at all. scammers they sell garbage for top dollar.

This company doesn’t deserve one star, but in order to write a review, you have to give them at least one. I ordered a jacket from them in January. It is now March, the end of March and still no product. I have emailed them several times and called. Still nothing. At this point I don’t need a jacket. I just want my hundred dollars back. Lesson learned will never purchase from them again.

they will not let me return the denim with fur jacket. I ordered a large / I am a medium size 7. The jacket is too small and short. They sent me an email saying there was a size chart and will not accept return. What a POS this company is. Dont do it, apparently many others have had this same problem. I should have known better

This review isn't even entitled to one star. I have been trying to return the jacket. I ordered a large (I'm really a medium but wanted to make sure it fit). The jacket was tight and the sleeves short. I emailed all the information or my order and a photo of the order and jacket. They have come back 5 times to ask questions that I had already sent in the 1st email. I received an email today where they asked me to take a video. This company is awful, no customer service. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They're a scam: the merchandise is subpar and they do not accommodate customers.

I order a cardigan and jacket on November 19th and is January 2025. I have not seen it and they send me the wrong tracking number and other wrong information. I send them various email and I haven’t gotten the proper help from them. I haven’t even gotten a refund or anything and they said it takes like 3 weeks to receive the package and is been way more than 6

I order a jacket it took over 10 days to ship I still haven't seen it I was given a tracking number that when searched it says no file found I have sent 3 emails and have called and gotten zero response you had no problem taking my money absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Beverlybase is a fraudulent company. It’s similar to selling pictures online; there’s nothing authentic about their products. I recently purchased two denim jackets for my vacation, but when they arrived, they were completely different from the images displayed—utter trash with holes in them. I had my mom watch as they came out in various colors. I contacted the company the same day to request a refund, but I was told they could do nothing for me and that the items were not damaged.

I ordered the denim jacket and linen shirt for over $100. The jacket they sent me is nothing like what is advertised. The quality is cheap, the buttons don’t match the product, my hands won’t even fit in the pockets, the fabric is not even denim. The shirt looks it’s been worn before and looks cheap. The tags have been cut off. This is a complete scam. Why is Instagram and Facebook allowing such companies to operate on their platform? They are supposed to protect consumers. They won’t even respond to emails.

I received a leather jacket I ordered from Beverlybased. It was too small. My size is large, however when I searched the small jacket for a sign indicator, I found none; in fact, the label appeared to be ripped out. I emailed Beverlybased requesting an exchange to a XL size on 2 occasions. I have not received a response. I am disappointed with Beverlybased.

Save your money. I spend over $160 on three linen shirts that took three weeks to arrive and they were hardly linen. There is not even a tag in the merchandise to confirm what the fabric is and how to care for it. If I could report them to Meta for false advertising, I would.

Disappointed to find this company resells cheap Chinese-made clothing – They just rename it and sell it as if it’s couture designed by a famous designer … Looking for a pair of cargo shorts and they are selling the exact same products as a dozen other companies on Amazon for twice the price. No rules broken, just do your due diligence.

Very small sizes. I wear a 34-36 waist in men’s and ordered the large size for a pair of cargo shorts. Their size chart had a large listed at 36-38. Needless to say, the shorts wouldn’t fit and were really tight in the legs as well. Seems you have to order 2 sizes up.

What a horrible experience. I bought 3 pairs of large cargo shorts at roughly $30 a pair. It took several weeks to get my order and when they did arrive they were way smaller than I had expected. I contacted them to exchange them and I was told to keep them and they would only charge 50% on my next order. I told them I would rather exchange them and was told it would be around $80 to send them back. I went back to their website and this is what it reads on the bottom of the page.

I have ordered 8 office suits and some tops from Beverly based company . The fit is amazing , the materials are fabulous and the price you pay for these are super crazy . I love their styles and the customer service is too good to be true . Keep it up Bwrverky based thanks to you I get so many compliments at work everyday and feel so good wearing those smart outfits
