Ordered LV Blanlet and pillow , 100.00 never received my items. Emailed after email was told 10 days then 10 days past then was told 30 days. Never got items, stopped responding to my emails. Wish I would have read reviews before dealing with this scamming company. Sad people lie and take people's money. Karma is real tho! Becareful how you treat people.

-10. Total scam of a “company” I ordered 2 blankets for 120.35 total and received nothing. I reached out and was told they are a small business and give them time. 9 months later, NOTHING!

About 3 months ago I ordered 2 outfits and paid 75.00 . I never received the outfits and nobody will email me back . I’m not sure how to get ahold of company .

I placed an order with beverlyhillspup.com the beginning of April, and my credit card was charged on that same day. A little over a week later, the item had still not shipped, so I sent them a message to inquire when it would ship, and I never received a reply. There is no customer service number, so you cannot call them. I let a little time go by and still had not heard anything, so I sent another email. Again, no response. About a month went by and nothing. Same cycle of another email and no response. After two months of emailing and not receiving any response, I finally did some research and discovered all of the reviews on this site which warn that this company is a scam. I wish that I had researched this company before ordering from them. I finally called my credit card company and filed a dispute, and they are issuing a refund. Please learn from my lesson and do not order from beverlyhillspup.com! They will take your money and never send your order!

This is a fake, scam company! Do not order from them! I have not received my order months later and zero reply to any of my messages to them requesting information on my order or a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the headache because they will quickly take your money and never ship your items. If I could give zero stars, I would, because the customer service is terrible. They never even notified me that they would not be shipping out my items I paid for. When I reached out to see what’s going on, they said that they would refund me due to “shipping error” .. whatever that means. But of course, no refund was processed. I am currently disputing with me credit card company and they have the audacity to try and fight the claim. If you read all of the reviews on here … you’ll quickly notice that this is a company to avoid. I wish I would have done my research before giving my money to scammers!!

I placed an order in February 2023 for a total of four items only received two! I email and a Jake responded, he told me that I’d receive a refund due to shipping issues(that never happened) he also mentioned it take 10 days for refund from there went to 30 days which I knew was BS! Anyway I continue to email and no one has gotten back to me. Do not buy from them, they are a SCAM!

Scam!!! Do not order from this company. I placed an order for 5 things over a month ago and only received 2 items. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting the rest of my items and never got a response. Since then, I’ve put in a claim with my bank and got my money back.

Awful! Don’t order from this website. I’ve ordered over $600 worth of clothing and toys for my pup since early December, it’s March now and I’ve received only three items which were toys! No clothing! No one answers the emails! And the one time they did, they blamed the manufacturer and assured me my orders would’ve been sent the next week- that was since early February! Still nothing. They will be going out of business soon with this type of business ethic. To make matters worse, they’re still sending out emails to purchase items like wtffffff! they are very unethical and a Weak company, If I could rate zero stars I would! Worst mistake ever and now I’m going back and forth with my bank because it has been so long! I’m going to rate and review them on every site, Instagram, everywhere! Everyone will know what a scam they’re running! I’m going to do everything in my power to inform the public about this SHAM COMPANY!

Zero stars. Fake website that steals your money and never sends out what you ordered. Ordered in DECEMBER it is now February. It seems I’m not the only one they doing this to with the amount of complaints online. The information on their website shows a completely different state and country with no real address but is called ‘Beverly hills’ …. Then google maps points to a residential house in Los Angeles… fishy and scammer. they do not answer my calls or emails. Complaining to BBB. Beware of them and probably other fake websites they have to scam others and pocket money for cheap but overpriced dog clothing which is entirely illegal and will be reported!! Very lucky to have many lawyers in my family to take this on

A company sitting on a throne of promises, lies, complete non legality of stealing monograms from highly expensive designer clothing labels, marketing schemes, and so far much more considering they target highly empathetic pet owners and promise them clothing for months for their precious pets, and then just pocket the money and never deliver. I wish this site let me post the MONTHS of text threads of them lying about the order I placed months ago coming in soon, but then staying on top of all of these highly targeted marketing campaigns everyday where they promise everyone they'll receive their order tomorrow. I haven't received a response since Jan 10th, and there's no legit phone # to call into.
