I ordered trainers and a jacket at the same time. I received the trainers the were damaged and far too small and of poor quality. I still have not received any correspondence about the jacket. I have emailed them many many times asking them how to return thier damaged goods for a full refund and when I can expect my jacket to be delivered. I still have had no response. They only contacted me twice to ask for the order numbers which I supplied. I have spent £98.00 and I have one pair of damaged trainers and no jacket. Don't waste your money on this site.

Horror story

Incorrectly sized shoe so if you order the correct size they still won't fit.
Also, they are mass manufactured cheap plastic rubbish and entirely misleading with their false advertising.
Straight in the bin for this trash.
My own fault though for being so foolish and easily manipulated to actually buy a pair of shoes online . What a ridiculous concept!
Oh well, you've gotta pay your dues !

BOSS Ortho shoes - wrong size

Ordered a pair of BOSS Ortho shoes size UK 9 (43 European). After a long wait shoes finally arrived wrapped in a flimsy plastic bag and one shoe had the heel bent over. Upon inspection I found that the shoe size was size 8 (42 European).
Contacted, or tried to, by email within days but have no response.
Disgraceful service. I have contacted UK Consumer Complaints for assistance.
Suggest not to use this company.
Terrible, rip off service.

I have also been scammed with the wrong size

I have also been scammed. I was sent the wrong size. This is so wrong. This is a disgrace. The government should shut down these fake scammed sites. Am so angry. Unfortunately I did not read the review before I bought the product. I have learnt my lesson the hard way with £46...loss.

Vivance is a 🪳 existence

The very reputable 'HUGO BOSS', NEED TO SLAP A DEFAMATION AND INFRINGEMENT OF COPY RIGHTS LAWSUIT AGAINST
the cockroach existence of 'bevivance', boss vivance and their several aliases scam companies. The garbage that vivance is 'selling', under The BOSS Logos/ Brand, is severely compromising the image and integrity of the very Reputable and admirable
HUGO BOSS.
