Found this company by chance but what a choice. Russell and Brett came when requested and suggested ideas for my problems with no BS. I agreed. Came on time, took great care and left everything perfectly clean. So new boiler, new basin tap and sorted shower problem. Now my goto guys. 10 stars.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, really lovely genuine guy too. Fantastic price as well. Went out of his way to help us and can't thank him enough. Very professional and highly experienced in his field of work. Highly recommend using this company if you want a new boiler or any repairs. All work done quickly to a very high standard. If I could give them 6 stars I would!. Couldn't recommend them highly enough; got a message from a tenant Friday afternoon to say the boiler had stopped working with what looked like an electrical fault, called Rawlinson on the Saturday and they initially tried to help talk me through what to check/try on the telephone. When that didn't work, a heating engineer came out on the Sunday to take a look. Although it could be fixed, given the boilers age, I decided to get a new boiler fitted. Rawlinson came on the Tuesday and by the end of the day had fitted a new boiler at a very reasonable price with a 10 year warranty!! 3 days from start to finish, 2 days of which were the weekend; and all this in the weekend before Christmas!! I was simply blown away by such an excellent level of service - will definitely be using them/recommending them to anyone who will listen!

Rawlinson Plumbing and Heating really saved us in a bind! Our son and daughter-in-law had a broken boiler and three young children. They came out and assessed it, made it safe and replaced the boiler on short notice. They were efficient, friendly and helpful but most importantly they were knowledgeable. They resolved the problem quickly and were happy to answer all our questions. They even fitted in around our childcare arrangements. They were also really tidy which seems to be very rare recently.

We live in an old cottage with no gas supply so we used coal to warm the house and an old style immersion switch for hot water. Russell helped us work out a plan to fit an electric boiler and tank in the loft so we had central heating throughout. It really was five-star service and the company even organised the electrician for us. I would highly recommend this company. Quality of work over the three days was of the highest standard, they left the house spotless every day and took time to go through our new Hive system. 5 stars from us.

Russell replaced my old boiler and installed a Hive heating system. The quality of the work was superb, as was the customer service. Couldn't recommended more highly.

Today Russell & Ste have been to replace our Boiler, installed a Baxi boiler which looks a 100% better than our previous, and comes with a 10 year guarantee, also has a remote control to carry around the house and can also be controlled from an app on my phone. All I can say is that I'm very impressed, Not only with the boiler, but Russell and Ste arrived early this morning and have worked straight through until the job was complete, spent time with us explaining how it all works etc etc. would highly recommend Rawlinson Plumbing and Heating and rate them 5* many thanks from 2 very happy customers.

I needed a brand new boiler form my flat. I had a tenant who had no heating. I went on Facebook for help and was Recommended to Rawlinson Plumbing.
Russell gave me advice and assistance straight away and within a week the boiler was fitted. This wasn't a straight forward fit, as there were cupboards, pipework and tiles needed replacement. Yet it was all done within the budget and with a great finish. The workmanship was fantastic. The price was £1,000 less than competitors too.

Very professional service today, work from start to finish was neat and tidy. Carpet was protected and vacuumed afterwards. Quality of work looks very high in standard.
