Amazing company

26/11/20 Happy to announce Bewsh responded to my query and gave instant feedback to me. They were professional and able to state why my issue was inaccurate - I had selected to remain on as a monthly subscriber and had placed 2 subscriptions .. Thank you Bewsh and delighted to have communicated with you.. PS Customer is not always right !!!! Purchased one box to be delivered to my son in the UK. They then debited my account and delivered a second box. After 3 emails they have YET AGAIN delivered and debited my bank account !!! Its shocking and will be taking this much further

After following Bewsh for a few months…
After following Bewsh for a few months I decided to try one and now I look forward to getting my box every month. You never know what's actually going to be in it and you get to try a lot of different bars and snacks you would never otherwise buy.

Not worth it
I trialed this box for a few months and when I came to cancel my subscription I had to send 3 requests for them to cancel my subscription. They did not even respond back to any of my emails or messages. I was also charged a subscription charge twice in September and even though I emailed them again I had no response or refund so will be claiming back via my bank. I’m not sure the monthly charge and postal costs are worth what you can actually get in home bargains a lot cheaper! The company has now responded to my query but forgot to leave out that I originally sent a message asking to cancel 5 working days before hand via their message us option on their website and following no response I then decided to email. The company have also been emailing me asking me to remove my review for a refund which shows that other reviews may not be true and I declined this however their response says they offered me a free box which isn’t the case if I’m not allowed to leave an honest review.

As discussed via email your first email was sent on the 27th. As per the Terms & Conditions we ask for cancellations to be received 5 days before the renewal date of the 1st of the month as it is a busy time of the month preparing all the boxes to be dispatched.
Sorry that you were charged twice. This was an error with the 3rd party payment provider Stripe and was immediately refunded as a duplicate charge.
Sorry to hear that you believe you can get the bars in Home Bargains but that is simply not true. Bewsh Box provides subscribers with the latest bars and newest flavours to be released before they even reach some online suppliers, not to mention we often import bars than you can't get in the UK.
Sure you can get "protein bars" cheaper in Home Bargains but they won't be of the same quality or they are years old hence their price.
Nonetheless you were offered a £20 refund making you last box free of charge which you declined.
