I’ve always found the pots to be full of flavour and properly delicious - not something that’s always easy to achieve with purely natural products.

I love following the back story of this brand and being able to support a small business and seeing it develop and grow.

The different size pots are a great idea, along with the regular introduction of new flavours and being able to order a box of mixed flavours.

It can be difficult not knowing when a delivery is going to arrive and I think a discount for referring friends might be a good idea to reward people that sing your praises, but these are minor points compared to the quality of the product ☺️

I came across bexfast prior to Covid and have been won over by this brand. I love that the pots are vegan and gluten free so I don't feel bloated after having a yummy breakfast. I love the flavours and know that it's the healthier version

In all the years, I probably had one issue and was amazed at the response. It was definitely over and beyond.

I have been a Bexfast customer since 2020 with 17 orders under my belt, so I speak from experience when I say this is a fantastic company making fantastic products.

We all know Trustpilot attracts negative reviews, so please don’t let yourself be deterred by the seemingly large number of 1* reviews. I’ll address some of the critiques below to lend some balance to what’s been said.

Customer service: I have had a few instances where individual pots arrived damaged or a day late due to the courier’s handling. Not only did BF reply to my email super quickly and replaced the damaged pots, they also took feedback on board so efficiently and changed courier companies when they realised these weren’t isolated incidents. As a small business, they listen and respond.

Taste: Notoriously subjective, but I adore the limited edition flavours they come out with. I agree that some of the original six maybe don’t taste as special as the limited editions, but it’s just about finding what you like.

Value for money: They’re not cheap. And that’s a good thing. It means the organic ingredients in the pots are high quality, it means the staff get a fair wage, it means a small business can navigate turbulent times without going under and it means you don’t have to spend the time making your own breakfast (yes, convenience costs money). For me, BF pots are a treat, not a necessity or a right. ✨Money-saving tip✨ If you still want the deliciousness of BF pots (and, frankly, have become kind of addicted hehe) but can’t justify the cost all the time, buy their e-book and make some of your own pots!

Delivery times: Bexfast are incredibly transparent about any delays to your orders. In fact, I have never seen a more transparent company in that regard. The founder will keep you in the loop via IG (and via email, in case of really important stuff), so you always know where you’re at. It’s a tiny business navigating huge sudden increases in demand with the resources they have. Have some patience.

Best before date: The ingredients are fresh with no preservatives. That’s what you want, right? The messaging all across the brand’s email communication and on their social media is clear: freeze. your. pots.

All in all, I adore Bexfast, what they stand for and who they are. Yes, nowadays you can get ‘cheap’ overnight oats at the supermarket, but they will not come close in flavour and variety and you likely won’t be supporting a small business. I’m so glad I discovered them when I did 💛

I saw these being eaten by someone I’m following on Insta who had gastric sleeve surgery (my op was December) Decided to test them beforehand to see what I thought as I’ll need high protein, low sugar/fat items going forwards. First order was delayed being sent & after chasing it up a couple of weeks later, the despatch would have meant I was away on holiday when they arrived. After a few bounced-back emails, I finally got through to Bex via FB & she kindly delayed the despatch till I was back home. This meant my order was actually out-of-date by the time I received it (albeit frozen) & I didn’t have space in my freezer to re-freeze them, so some went “off” before I could try them. Those I did try were pleasant, but I found a lot of the flavours were lacking & overall most were quite bland, I had to read the labels to work out what flavour each was meant to be. Furthermore, I do think they are expensive for what they are. I recognise that the glass jars are an expense & the raw ingredients/time to make them, but in this current economic situation, I just can’t justify £5 a day, not when that could buy 3-4 boxes of own-brand cereals/porridge oats which would last weeks! I did try a second order of the mini pots & “make-your-own” packets (these never actually got made, sadly) but again the mini-pots work out at almost £4 each & really don’t hit the spot flavour-wise either. Sad to say, but however much I love the idea, I won’t be back to make a further purchase. I’m going to experiment with my own versions of overnight oats with fat free yogurts & sugar-free flavourings in the recycled glass jars now I’m through the liquids stage after surgery. I wish the business well, but I just can’t justify the expense. Maybe it’s the North/South divide thing, but £25-£35 a week for breakfast is my entire weeks shopping budget on just one meal :-(

I first ordered when the company was much smaller than it is now, the customer service is amazing, was then and still the same now it’s got bigger. I’ve never been a breakfast person, gave these a go and the rest is history, they are so lovely and tasty, really light and fill you up for hours, I have to hide mine now when I get them as the hubby pinches them ! I can’t afford them regularly but like to treat myself to them when I can

Pots always arrive undamaged and cold. Wonderful customer service with Bex even answering me on Facebook to answer me with a question I had about delivery as I run my own food business. I don't know Bex on a personal level but she answered my question as if we had be friends for years whilst still being professional. (Thankyou)
I have followed this business nearly from the beginning and seeing all the ups and downs they have been through I think they have done amazingly and still continue to grow!!!
Ok. So the products do work out a bit pricey but with the amazing ingredients and love that go into them I think they are brilliant. I love that they freeze and my friend and I sometimes share a box because it's much more cost effective to order a bigger amount. I do end up with lots of glass jars but the recycling uses are endless!

I first ordered these gorgeous little pots of oaty deliciousness from Bexfast over 4 years ago, and although I don’t order regularly, I look forward to getting some every now and then. I eat one, freeze the rest and defrost one every subsequent weekend as a treat!

The quality and flavour has remained top notch, despite all the changes this lovely little business has gone through.

My faves have got to be the carrot cake batter and caramel crunch, and I’m always a fan of limited edition flavours, too.

I have to admit to attempting to make my own at home in the early days, but they were rubbish by comparison. I’m sure Bex adds a pinch of magic to hers and I think that makes them worth every penny!

Bloomin’ hungry now just thinking about them, aren’t I?! Haha.

I’ve been buying pots from Bexfast now for a couple of years and they are amazing ! There’s nothing else like them in the market . So tasty and no nasties!

My favourites are the caramel crunch and bannoffee pie. Try them you won’t be disappointed.

Delivery can take 7-10 days but to be expected with a small company where each item is made by hand . Any errors or delays been quickly rectified .

I don't understand why there are some low star reviews, Bexfast is fantastic. I have been buying the pots since they launched. The customer service is great. And the products even more amazing. I live for cacao crunch and unicorn Bexfast. I always recycle or reuse the glass jars. You won't find anything like these overnight oats in the shops. It's unique to Bexfast. And the jars can be frozen so you simply pop one out and leave overnight so you have a perfect breakfast ready for on the go the next morning.

I am absolutely addicted to these yummy breakfast pots. They taste so much like cake that it’s hard to believe they are actually good for you!

I have made a number of orders through Bexfast and love both the product and the company. The pots are delicious and the customer service is exemplary. I’ve had a couple of issues over the last few months (not their fault, typically courier related and let’s face it, stuff happens!) which were dealt with immediately and a refund was issued without question. A lovely team who really cares about what they do and have created a genuinely good product I really enjoy. I love them!

I have loved Bexfast from the start. I’m not vegan but these are tasty pots of goodness. Most of them. Some not my taste but then you can’t like them all. I would be bankrupt if I did.
Downside : They are a bit pricy. I understand you have overheads & costs to meet. But they need to be made more affordable. If you could get them to £3.99 per pot & offer more promo codes I believe you would get more customers. I have to sneak my purchases in the door.
The main thing that has up until now let the brand down is the customer care response. When you place an order and it doesn’t arrive or is broken waiting 3/4 days, sometimes longer to hear a response isn’t good. Sometimes there was no response. But since you have re vamped and your sister has joined the responses have been on the same day. That is the one time I had to ask something. Carry on bringing out tasty recipes & if at all possible try & bring down the cost a bit. Offer more promo codes & please bring back some more of your limited editions. My freezer is looking decidedly empty.

I really enjoy my bexfast pots for breakfast, I have been having them for almost a year now! I usually do an order of around 7 pots at a time so that I don’t have to pay the postage otherwise they do workout a bit pricey! If you’re into eating well and wanting Fast Fuel for your pre/post workouts or quick eat on the go breakfasts then go for it !! Love the ease of them and enjoy the flavours!

I found Bexfast through an ad on Facebook years ago and have been a very happy customer since. I order some pots at least once a month! For me, having Bexfast in the freezer means I don't have to worry about having something healthy and nutritious to eat even on my worst mental health days. All their pots are incredibly tasty, and the limited editions are even better. There hasn't been one flavour that I haven't liked - and I've tried them all! Last but not least, Bex and her team always go above and beyond to make their customers happy, even when supply shortages, couriers or global pandemics throw a spanner in the works. I'm a customer for life! <3

I've been a dedicated bexfast customer for 3 years now.aleyss delivered in the time frame given and absolutely delicious. I needed to change my delivery recently and was all dealt with really quickly. My fave flavours are pomegranate fudge cake and cinnamon swirl but to be honest they are all epic!
I wouldn't call a whole food, vegan, sustainable, independent product expensive at £5. I think they are worth every penny. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Slightly surprised by all the negative reviews on here. I am on my fourth box - here are my thoughts overall.

The Good
I think the product is really nice - good variety of flavours with some real standouts (cinnamon swirl and toffee apple!). Genuinely no additives which means there is a short shelf life - but they do freeze well and usually fully defrosts overnight in the fridge.

The price is also competitive- i occasionally get breakfast pots from Allplants which are basically the same price, except Allplants pots are not very substantial (bexfast pots are a filling breakfast). I'm a very active person so the Bexfast pots are a better fuelling option for me. They sit well and basically an ideal breakfast to have for example before a half marathon or other long training run. If 'healthy' to you means low calorie or low sugar this is not the right product for you but if 'healthy' means nutritious, minimally processed to power your day then it's a good option.

The courier deliveries have also worked well for me and the products have always arrived cold. Delivery timelines are clearly communicated when you order.

Things which would make it even better
I understand the business rationale for the limited editions in driving additional purchases but it can be a bit frustrating at times if a new and tasty looking flavour is released after you've only just ordered. I'd like it if there was a way to unlock permanent or increased access to the limited editions, maybe as a loyalty reward. Or have a specified "limited edition week" every month for loyal customers, where we know our favourite flavours will be available to purchase.
