I would give BEX 10 stars if possible. I had an earpiece break and was amazed how quickly and easily I received my replacement. Did not like having to pay for an extra insurance amount but the service made up for that.

The package cost an additional $2.50…
The package cost an additional $2.50 from the USPS before I was able to pick up my nose pieces that fall off too frequently along with the $3.47 for original shipping. . I emailed customer service and there staff could use some customer service skills.
