I visited Beyazada this year in June, the facilities are outstanding it was so warm and welcoming. I was not an easy patient I was very nervous, anxious and was so overwhelmed with anxiety the thought of going to each appointment. The staff helped calm me down each time to reassure me and spoke me through each process to ease my nerves. I have a full upper and lower Crowns… I have been left with a Dream smile since arriving home I have no sensitivity issues, no pain which I was expecting to feel something .. just goes to show I had a fantastic dentist.. I get so many compliments about my teeth all the time kindest regards

Update: Still No Response – Open Letter to Beyazada Dental Clinic!!!

Since you have refused to respond to me through any private channel; not by email, not by WhatsApp, I have no choice but to contact you publicly. I trusted your clinic with a major dental procedure, and now I am left with fear, pain, and potentially permanent damage. I am still willing to return to Antalya but you must take responsibility.

I received treatment from your clinic in November–December 2024, including 10 zirconia crowns on my upper jaw.

The left canine crown arrived from the lab in the wrong size, and your staff acknowledged this. Due to time constraints before my flight, you cemented it anyway and promised (in writing) to replace it for free if I returned.

During the procedure, Dr. Ismail Kargın appeared visibly irritated and forcefully cemented the crown in place. I heard a cracking sound. Since then, the crown has felt loose, moves slightly when touched, and the gum has receded significantly, exposing the tooth underneath.

The area bleeds, traps food, and smells foul. I now fear the tooth underneath may be damaged or decaying.

The right canine crown also has a visible gap, and the gum bleeds heavily when cleaned.

Food gets trapped between nearly all the upper front crowns when eating, causing pressure and discomfort in the gums it feels like the crowns are shifting.

One of my two front teeth (central incisors) has even moved forward slightly, so they are no longer aligned in a straight row. This should not happen with properly fitted and cemented crowns and makes me question the overall structural integrity of the treatment.

Additionally, I want to highlight a major issue for anyone considering dental tourism:
- I cannot have only one or two crowns replaced here in my home country because the materials and shades used by your clinic do not match what is available here.
- This means I am in a dead-end situation; unable to fix the faulty work locally without redoing everything at a much higher cost.
- I urge others to understand this risk: if problems occur later, your local dentist may not be able to help you due to incompatible materials and aesthetics.

Despite this, your clinic which claims to offer a 5-year warranty has refused to respond to my repeated attempts to resolve the issue.

Let me be clear: I am still prepared to come back to Antalya, but only if you confirm that the defective crown will be replaced at no cost, as promised in your agreement, and that the rest of the crowns will be checked properly to avoid further damage.
🔺 If I do not receive a reply by July 10, I will File a formal complaint with the Turkish Ministry of Health (Sağlık Bakanlığı) and relevant dental authorities.

We organised everything from the Uk for our trip direct with Lena in Turkey after being highly recommended by another 3 people who had used them. 5 people in our party, everything was exactly how it was planned, in fact …. Better !!! hotel was brilliant, very clean and with a pool. Communication throughout our travels by watts app, checking on us all the way, car waiting at airport. Lena came to the hotel first thing and brought us to the clinic. Clinic was immaculate with state of the art technology, staff were amazing then each one of us went through our plans of personal centre care and programme after all 3D X-rays were taken and all checked. All options were given to us and dentist advised on best course of action for longevity of our replacement teeth. We have 2 friends with very complicated cases, but charges went up by only a couple of hundred £s but both cases were aware of that before we travelled and fully expected that. In fact .. they expected more !! The dentists…were just so knowledgeable and explained everything completely, and at depth. Treatment was pain free, and of the highest standard. 2 had sinus lifts and bone graphs where this company has all the specialised machines at the clinic for bone grafting which saves time and stops infections and helps with the healing process. All in our party are very hard to please 😜 and expect very high standards. Each and everyone of us have come away with a 100% satisfaction. 2 have to go back to complete treatment after all their bone graphs and implants have healed in 4 months, which is the normal, temporary teeth were given, which looked amazing. Pain relief and antibiotics were talked through and given, for our stay and for at home, and even checking we all arrived home safely and our health back in England. You hear a lot of horror stories so this is why I’m taking the time to put this recommendation, because believe me we all wanted this procedure but were apprehensive. I can honestly say, everyone’s 100% happy and has had an amazing experience and looking at the results of all that travelled and speaking to others in our hotel, we had by far the best dentists in Turkey. All the completed teeth are natural and beautiful, and it’s really important to find such a trustworthy dentist as it is your health. I’ll keep you all posted on the two of us that are due to return and if you are thinking about having this done. Read the reviews, and go online to see this clinic you won’t be disappointed!! My name is Svetlana. I have been looking for a clinic for a long time to make a healthy, beautiful smile. It was my dream. I considered many offers, but settled on the Beyazada Dental Clinic. And I do not regret it. They sent me my treatment plan, booked a hotel and a transfer from the airport. At the clinic, the head doctor examined me and gave me a full consultation. I really liked the fact that they approach each client individually, listen to the client's wishes and approach each issue very carefully and thoroughly. You can be sure that they will not impose anything on you, but will discuss everything with you very carefully and advise how to do it better. I would like special thank to the doctor Serenay Vural. She is an excellent doctor, very attentive to detail, she truly is a master of her profession!!! I've recently been a patient at this clinic, and had nineteen crowns, four fillings, a root canal procedure and a clean and polish.
The clinic was clean, modern and very well organised.
The dental surgery was of the highest standard, superb attention to detail and very professional.

I had a few crowns placed on my back teeth in March 2025, and everything went smoothly. The clinic staff was friendly, and the coordinator spoke perfect English. The facility was very clean, and the prices were reasonable. I can definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.

I was at this clinic from the 19th till the 25th of February 2025, as I had a lot to be done.
My experience was phenomenal.
From the driver that picks up at the airport to the hotel and to the dentist were amazing.
Deniz has been fantastic and very informative.
He was very kind, patience and very soft spoken. An amazing young man with integrity.
My dentists were so professional from Dr serenay, to Dr Ismail and the rest of the team were exceptional.
I feel at ease; as I was so worried and panicking before I got there.
But meeting this wonderful team, eased my worries. I was fully informed about the procedure by Dr Serenay and I am impressed as I did not feel any pain so far during the procedure.
Although I will be going back for the completion of my procedure. But I am calm as I now what to expect.

I found this service by accident on the off chance. My original dentist I booked for, ended up not being totally honest with my treatment and price. I was upset and ready to just go back home but just before that I ending up by chance at Beyaz Ada dental clinic. I promise you my experience was,second to none!!
My temporary teeth were better than people's permanent. Now I've got my permanent and more than happy with my treatment. There all friendly and not just money grabbing. I stand on that and everything I believe in..

This is my second visit out of three. Mine was a complex case with medical condition.when I first contacted Elena I was requested to provide all my medical information before I was told BeyazAda would accept me for treatment. Back in September on my first visit I was extremely nervous and soon was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Had my first surgery and the bone regrowth started. I’m back now had my second surgery and during all this time I can not fault the clinic . The care and consideration from every single member of staff goes above and beyond . During the period between surgeries I had regular contact from the clinic asking me if all was going well . I have a very small pain threshold and I can assure any one that at this clinic I felt minor pain and for this I’m also grateful. Can’t wait for the final visit . And will review full treatment then . But now I have already brought friends back with me for treatment and they equally pleased . I went for a consultation in London back in September and felt straight away this is the clinic for me. I met the surgeon who was very nice. Had 1st set of treatment in October and was made to feel welcome by everyone there. Have come back to finish treatment off and I have to say it’s very professional. I’ve had complete faith in my surgeon. There have been no uncertainties along this journey. Would highly recommend this clinic. 5 star!!!👍

Clinic has to take responsibility and provide a response!

I am a friend of the patient who received treatment at your clinic, and I am writing to express my concerns. She has recently undergone treatment, and I have been with her throughout the process. I was present during her dental procedures, and my feedback is based on my firsthand experience with the clinic’s environment, staff, and the results of her treatment.

Unfortunately, my friend’s treatment was deeply disappointing and caused significant physical discomfort. The dental work was visibly flawed, and she is now experiencing severe allergic reactions, likely caused by the materials used. Despite this, the clinic has refused to provide a list of materials, even though the allergic reaction could have serious health consequences. Once payment was made and she returned home, the clinic showed no further concern for her well-being.

The crowns were of poor quality, with visible gaps and incorrect sizing. Instead of properly addressing these issues before her flight, the clinic only made superficial adjustments. The crowns on the left side were higher than those on the right and were placed too tightly, which put pressure on her gums, causing trauma and circulation problems. One of the crowns cracked due to this tight fit and has since changed color to a darker shade. In the end, she had no choice but to accept these subpar crowns just to return home. The clinic refused to take responsibility for their mistakes, offering only a €100 discount—half the price of one crown—despite the fact that she had ten crowns in total. Now, she must replace five crowns due to poor fit and bite misalignment, yet Beyazada Clinic continues to deny any responsibility or offer compensation for their substandard work.

What shocked us even further was the behavior of Dr. Ismail Kargin. He became aggressive, kicked my friend out of the treatment room, and left her with exposed teeth for hours. The clinic manager, Dmitry, instead of offering assistance, bragged about mistreating other dissatisfied clients. He also misinterpreted my friend’s words to Dr. Ismail, creating an unnecessarily tense atmosphere. His lack of emotional intelligence was apparent.

Since returning home, my friend has tried multiple times to contact the clinic via phone, email, and WhatsApp, but they have ignored her inquiries and even blocked her on all communication channels. This is completely unacceptable. It seems the clinic is only concerned with the reviews we’ve been forced to leave, responding only on Trustpilot. Despite sending an official email outlining her concerns, they have ignored it.

I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think twice. As a friend, I urge the clinic to take responsibility for the health issues caused by their treatment and provide answers.

From the beginning Beyazada made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I had a plan which I thought I wanted doing however after initial consultation we agreed on a different surgery entirely; they did not upsell and were very honest and actually saved me money! The work is first class, the staff and doctor are very welcoming.
I would highly recommend Beyazada to everyone possible if they are thinking of dental work in Antalya. Thank you again so much guys!

I came to Beyazada after being quoted ridiculous UK dental implant and crown costs. I carried out careful research and received recommendations from other patients. I strongly felt that I was in safe hands with Dr Ismail and the team after my initial consultation, they treated me like family when i arrived and not a production line.
I had total confidence with Ismail's experience of over 16 years in dentistry and his awards for dedication to his work.
I have had a total of 8 implants and 17 crowns since my first visit in January 2024 with no issues.
The materials used are the same quality as UK dentists at a fraction of the cost.
I now have confidence in my smile 😁
