I tried to email them a week after the purchase to find out when my watch will be despatched and the email kept on bouncing back.I finally got an email address from their website and emailed them 3 days ago no response.
Since posting my review Lee of customer services has answered me and explained the process and hopefully I will get my order by the 13th July at the latest.I have altered the rating of the experience to 4 stars.

Took my money after id tried to cancel my order
Took my money, even though i emailed them within their 24hrs cancellation policy (as stated in their website), no response. No delivery of item purchased. Emailed again and email was ‘undeliverable’.
DO NOT BUY! SCAM SITE SELLING FAKES!

Whatever your view on replica watches… and it is made clear on the site they are. The watch that I got was every bit as good as watches I have paid a thousand plus for.
The Swiss used to copy other people designs many years back, and the mark up they put on the watches they produce, well no wonder they can afford to sponsor the events they do, its all about perceived value

Appears watches are fakes!
Ordered one of the hard to find Mission Watches omega X Swatch colab. There was an advert of Facebook marketplace which led me to what appears to be a good website. After placing my order I looked up this company where a Facebook Group specifies this is for fake watches! The website states that they offer a 1 yr manufacturers warranty. This can’t be right? I see other brands on their website selling for a fraction of the true retail price. There is no phone number to call and only an email address. I emailed to cancel but so far no reply.
