Very poor service
I completed the online form, signed up to the annual £10 a year fee, however my will has not been checked or sent back to me despite several attempts to contact them by phone, sent many emails with no response, I have even tried the online contact centre but no reply back even when they say they will contact you within an hour, 14 days later and still no reply.

Option at the end to pay nothing for the final unchangeable will or £10 a year for unlimited change, first year free. Plus this review gives GOSH a donation 😁. Would highly recommend.
