Honestly beyond clinics changed our families life as cheesy as it sounds. From the first phonecall the receptionist was so kind and helpful with no pressure to book anything just information. The process was faultless the in clinic was lovely the clinic is friendly and toys for your child to play with the keep them busy whilst they wait. The psychiatrist was very thorough and gave a diagnosis straight away which helped us to take the paperwork into school. After my son was diagnosed and we opted for medication we had monthly video calls with Megan. Megan was so kind to me and Alex listened to what was needed and was able to quickly get my son onto the right medication/dosage. Megan went above and beyond helping to write emails to help with school meetings and was very supportive. The medication has made such a difference to our son and he is now back in full time education and says he feels happier. Best decision we ever made last year and I would recommend beyond to anyone. Went to manchester for face to face assessment was excellent experiance and was made to feel comfortable, david was himself and assesor was very understanding and talked us through everything report was brillant and cahms agreed with it. Support with medication and medication reviews with sharron was nothing but pleasure and helped us through weight loss and we got back on track with there support contiunuing to use them and would highly recommend anyone looking for a assessement that school and cahms will agree with

I would like to take this opportunity to highlight the outstanding service Beyond have provided for me and my son since April 2024. They said to me medication can be 'life-changing' and it truly was! My son, who is now 15 is able to function, and more importantly able to live normally now, and have a normal healthy relationship with his family. I have just started titration and although i have started with the lowest therapeutic dose, and have noticed and improved of about 20%, for me this is still, respite, hope & reassurance - feel i have been 'rescued' and a team of people are working one me to maximise my potential, giving me a new lease of life and the strong desire to have a very long one now! I'm like how calm and functional i become, i enjoy being that person when medicated, as the element of the 'A' word (anxiety) is slowly disappearing and making room for new emotions and feelings...i cannot wait to finish titration and start to live a completely normal life :-) Thank you team, i only know a few names, but i would like everyone to be recognised because i know there are team members in the background that also are contributing to my success who i will probably never get to thank personally. Yes, i agree, the treatment is expensive, but if you ask the team about maximum charges, they absolutely will be transparent with you like they were with me, so the reviews that claim 'hidden charges' is not true, as they have treated both my son and I. If you are considering going with Beyond, don't hesitate, phone them and speak to them, the reassurance along that they provide starts giving you immense hope. Every team member i spoke to showed special, gentle care, made me feel like only i was being serviced, and this meant a lot to me as i was very mentally fragile and very broken when i reached out out to them for help. Thank you team, thank you for caring and thank you for being there every-time i have needed you. God bless you all! :-)

From diagnosis to completion of my reviews the Beyond team have been amazing. I felt really listened to and supported and learnt a lot about my ADHD which led to greater self acceptance. It has been a positive, life changing experience for me. I am happy to recommend Beyond based on my experience.

I cannot rate Beyond highly enough. After nearly 20 years of seeing many 'experts', our daughter has finally received the diagnosis and care we desperately needed. Our household has become happier, calmer and far less anxious.
From my initial enquiry phone call, through to diagnosis and our monthly support calls, we have received professional, prompt and caring service. Sharron has shown a level of understanding, kindness and expertise that we have not received before. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beyond.

I always knew I had some kind of ADHD but as a 52 year old man it had never really been a problem. It wasn't a thing growing up and I just found my own way in the world and having no friends was just normal for me. I fell in love, got a job, some kids and recently some grandkids so life wad good, even if Mark was a little strange! anyways things started to go a bit wrong as I got into my 50's - I developed some addictions and work started to suffer - I started to crave dopamine highs and what I had always seen as a useful thing to have ( a super active and energetic mind ) started to break down. For the first time in my life I felt this ADHD thing was impacting me negatively. SO I contacted Beyond and commenced the testing. Fast forward a few months and I was diagnosed with combined and not at all surprised. I was partnered up with Sharron Amri who was lovely and approachable from the start and we discussed medication. I then started the six month titration. Taking meds and building up the dosage to the level that works for me. Sharron was perfect and really helped me with my transformation back to the real me ( still no friends ! but work and life is great!! ) - honestly Beyond saved me in so many ways ; my relationship, my job and my future. Thank you so much Sharron and the team! Ive been handed over to the NHS now and although it will save me some pennies I'll miss our monthly catch ups :) thank you so much Mark ( Bruce ) Ledsom

Went on adhd journey with beyond and the overall outcome was better than I thought. I don’t think my experience would have been the same without speaking to Sharon Amri once a month she’s been fantastic. Just read a negative review about meds being lost which any postal service can do..

Great service and support from start to finish. clinical staff were amazing and spent time exploring all the issues. I never felt rushed and my assessment and subsequent titration was professionally managed and thorough. Far better than other experiences Ive heard that people have.

Changed my life.

After years of waiting for a diagnosis with the NHS, I decided to take the plunge and contact beyond clinics for a private assessment.

The process was simple, I was contacted by a member of the team who explained everything in detail. Within weeks after appointments and assessments, I was diagnosed with ADHD.

I decided to go down the medication care plan for treatment.

I am now 4 months into my medication and it has completely changed my life. It has bettered my marriage, work life, and I have more energy for playtime with two young children.

I spent years wrongly medicated by the NHS on anti depressants. I can honestly say that this is the best decision I have made.

My daughter received excellent care from the Beyond clinic recently. It only took a few weeks to get her assessed and consequently diagnosed. The doctors and nurses at the clinic are professional and very helpful, explaining everything really clearly. Gaining a timely diagnosis has benefitted my daughter hugely during her A-level studies. Once she was established on a treatment plan, her care was transferred over to her NHS GP which was an efficient process. I would recommend Beyond clinic, although we obviously had to pay for the service I feel it was well worth the money for the value it has brought to her.

Best decision I ever made.
The diagnosis has truly changed my life for the better. Beyond have been fantastic in the process, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They have an empathetic, understanding approach to the support they provide as more than likely you will be speaking to a like minded human that personally knows the struggles you face. Im 100% happy with everything they have provided....yes it's expensive but having already wasted most of my 20s and 30s being wrongly diagnosed and medicated I couldn't wait another 7 years for the NHS to probably wrongly diagnosis me again......if I had the opportunity all those years ago I would 100% have done it then! I'm so glad I chose Beyond I recommend them whole heartedly to anyone!

Excellent company with the nicest most helpful people you could ever wish to meet. Made everything so easy and stress free. I highly recommend beyond!

Not a great experience with beyond.. lots of problems and never point this out as you’ll see a different side to them.. lost my meds in the post!!! and I’m 4 days without.. the system they use is very outdated and they don’t care that I’m now suffering because of it. Very angry at them..

My adult son has recently been through the ADHD diagnosis process with Beyond and they have been great - responsive, caring and the actual process is super thorough, especially compared with another private psychiatrist we had previously seen.
The report is very detailed and told us what type of ADHD he has plus the additional paperwork they provide; letters for employers and the GP are above and Beyond (excuse the pun :) what I would have expected.
Given how much we paid previously, it's made me realise how much we didn't get from the other psychiatrist and how much we have received from Beyond.
Taking into account the state of the NHS currently and the extreme length of the waiting list for ADHD diagnosis, I highly recommend private care through Beyond - it is well worth the money.

I was disappointed with the clinic regarding the hidden charges. When I first spoke to them I was told all in all would be around a grand, when I decided to try the medication I was told I had to pay for my own ecg which i had to go to a second private clinic SPIRE and they charged me £100 then found out it was another £199.99 a month to be under their care plan then after that I had to pay separate for my medication that in the end ended up being £184.00 a month so in total nearly £400 a month to get the medication the medication has helped me no end with my day to day life and concentration but the amount I've had to pay to get the end results as come in over 3k which is mind blowing be careful as they do not tell you about this until after you have the diagnosis which by then you have no option but to stay with them for the medication as your own Dr won't touch ya... Heather the nurse i dealt with monthly was unbelievable such a good listener I honestly feel she was the only person who took a real interest in my diagnosis. I never got a face to face appointment all on zoom, my consultation with the physiatrist was done by zoom at 8pm at night which I found so in personal and felt like it was just going through the motions. Bottom line YES the medication has helped me tremendously but at a very high cost and 2ith very very little support from the clinic itself the scariest thing was that when I sent my weight/bp in they never confirmed that, I have lost 2st weight in 6 months from the medication it kills your appetite but the fact I never had face to face they just took my word for it so be careful

We came to the clinic in need of some answers with our 10 year old, from start to finish they have been amazing. The consistant contact and information has been fab, the nurses and Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and made ourselves as parents and our 10 year old feel at complete ease.
I could not be happier with the care we have received and extremely thankful for the answers we needed.
Clinic is also beautiful and very calming.

Lovely staff, prompt service and very helpful from diagnosis to titration and then on to shared care. Dr Torien was so easy to speak to as was my review nurse- heather. The expense of going private has paid for itself in terms of my increased ability to work in the end as a result of the meds I have been given. In the end, what was originally recommended has turned out to be the perfect meds for me and I know feel like I could focus on coaching where as the thought of it would have been too overwhelming at the start.

I honestly can not fault Beyond Clinic.
We rang for some advice and spoke to Layla who was absolutely fantastic. I had so many questions regarding my 6 year old daughter and getting her diagnosed.
We got her diagnosis of ADHD and ODD and stayed with Beyond clinic to medicate her until the nhs we happy to take over.
The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Jess was great and listened to all my concerns whilst my daughter was on medication.

Such a fantastic place to guide you or your child through an ADHD diagnosis. It is so important to get this right and I am writing this review so you know that you can be confident with Beyond through every step of the process. Me and my eldest son had already been diagnosed via another company so I was already well acquainted with the process. As my youngest son was only 17 I needed a clinic who could diagnose under 18s. Plus it was important that it could be conducted online. My first call with Layla was a great introduction to the company…she was so patient and answered all my questions with compassion and a genuine need to help and reassure. This really isn’t always the case at this stage with other ADHD clinics. It is quite an involved process with lots of forms and questionnaires but they make sure it is a straightforward. Joseph, the psychiatric nurse, who began the initial testing was very though and patient. Dr Shah, the psychiatrist, who completed the diagnosis with Danny was very professional and so thoughtful and great at listening. The report he produced was extremely thorough and detailed. Again…this isn’t a given with all psychiatrists! The diagnosis was given there and then and the report produced quickly with no need to chase. Further meetings with Sharron re medication and Vicky were informative and compassionate. I like to ask lots of questions and everyone is very happy to take the extra time to make sure you have full understanding. This was certainly my best experience with a clinic through the whole process. I have had many dealing with private clinics due to ADHD but also Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The reason for such a positive review is that trying to get the right treatment for children is very hard and stressful and expensive for mums. There have been expensive and frustrating mistakes along the way and I just want you to know that this one won’t be. This is a quite a new clinic and hasn’t quite got extensive reviews yet. Be reassured it is a clinic which will put you as the patient first.

I contacted Beyond Clinics a few months ago after my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. This led me to notice similarities between her symptoms and my own, which I had been unaware of until recently. Initially, I was nervous about committing to the assessment process due to both the cost and the fear that I might not receive a diagnosis, leaving me without answers to why I’ve always felt so different and struggled with tasks that most people find second nature.

From my first call with Layla to my regular and final call with Heather, the service has been both quick and thorough. All the staff members I spoke to along the way were incredibly friendly and put me at ease throughout the entire process.

Ultimately, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which has provided much-needed clarity. My GP is now taking on the shared care plan, which is a relief. I am grateful for the thorough and compassionate care provided by Beyond Clinics.
