Negotiating with my creditors well and watching my credit score move up.

Getting an alert helps tremendously. Having the burden of having to pay a bill and the worry is now illuminated. I would choose this company again.

This company is so easy to work with. I truly appreciate their guidance and helpful tips. Their staff is wonderful. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

You figure with this industry that they live off being dishonest to customers so they can get them signed up and then the customer is stuck. You know how they work but they serve an incredible purpose to help you get back on track. With that being said I would not trust anything that they say. They told us that 6-9 months from when we started we would start seeing action with all ouf the debt and companies. Instead of that we got 3 finalized and them ghosting us for the past few months or not answering the questions you have. We dollowed their guidance and now we ahve legal letters constantly hitting our mail box, 5-10 calls, and all hours of the day. They have lied about everything and now they set us up for our next payment to be a week later and instead pulled money today which they are not supposed to do. Yet again they are not responding.

Communication regarding the negotiations with the credit card companies is lacking.

Stop waiting and call them! Beyond Finance made managing my debt so simple. I went from being overwhelmed to having one low monthly payment and a clear roadmap out of debt. The counselor was amazing and truly cared about my financial health.

Selena was absolutely amazing. I felt heard and felt like everything is going to work out even when I felt so embarrassed if how I got into the predicament I am in. I never felt judged and I felt she was there to help me through this bump in the road.

I received a recent letter from Beyond and very disappointed. It stated, "Your remaining creditors are now more likely to negotiate with us and extra funds in your dedicated account could speed the process up even more. If you're able to contribute additional dollars on a one-time or repeat basis toward your scheduled deposit it can go a long way towards speeding up your progress."
That is not the way the program was presented to me. Working wiht the creditors was not dependent on the dollars sent in twice each month. And, by following the instructions as to waht to do when being contacted by the creditors has only exhaserbated the process. I expected more accounts to have been settled by now.

They supposedly offer a partnership loan to help you graduate early. Try asking them what the qualifications are for obtaining this loan. They WILL not give you a straight answer. Everyone tells you it is someone else's responsibility. Ask for a name, I don't know anyone named someone. There is no loan, they just string you along and I am now searching for a new vendor.

When I first wrote the review, a representative did reach out to me. I was told once again that I meant all the criteria and to just be patient. Once I received this email in response, I did review the requirements posted in the paperwork. There are not many and I meant them all. Today, after reviewing the requirements I called into ask what I was missing and if someone could explain what I was wrong. Here's the good part, not only can they not explain what I've done wrong, my name has been removed as a potential loan prospect for what seems permanently. Maybe because I complained? They couldn't offer a real reason, so all I can do is draw my own conclusions. Anyway, they are keeping my accounts current and at one year in, why start over. I'll just make more of my on-time payments and move ahead without any straight answers.

Oh yeah, I was promised a call by 19:00 my time. You guess, did it happen!

That lady handling my account answered my questions........and clarified the process.
