Ordering from Beyond Nine is a tricky experience. The sizing seems extremely inconsistent with two items of the same size being very different at the waist. On top of that, they often seem to be out... See more

The cupra trousers I ordered feel like such a high-quality material and you can instantly tell they’re worth it as soon as you put them on. The design is really flattering while still being really comfortable - the trousers are lovely and soft and lightweight.
On top of that, the customer service has been excellent! I made a mistake with my order, and the team were so quick and kind in getting it sorted for me. They made the whole process stress-free, which is very rare these days.
Overall, my fantastic experience with both the product and the service has meant I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

I love the quality of Beyone 9s clothes, I bought some trousers recently which were on the large size for me, the team at beyond 9 were really helpful with this. The top I bought was very nice. Thank you

So I saw the trousers advertised on Facebook. I ordered a pink gingham pair. I didnt expect to love them so much!!!
The colour is gorgeous, they are seriously baggy, but hang in such a beautiful way. Absolutely fabulous and quality made trousers.
Im gearing uo to get another pair!!
Great service and speedy delivery too!!

I have ordered 3 separate items from Beyond Nine. Really pleased, love the fit and got lots of wear out of them and they feel good dressed up or down. One pair developed a defect and they resolved it really well for me with great communication and very helpful even though it was a year after purchase. I'm really pleased and will continue to buy from Beyond Nine.

Love the clothes and quality. Recently I ordered a pair of trousers and got the size wrong and organised an exchange which was really easy and straightforward, it was a more expensive pair and so extra to pay. Unfortunately I didn’t like the second pair and that’s when the trouble started. I have emailed three times to confirm that I would be refunded in full as paid extra for the second pair. I have had my refund for the first pair and there is still an outstanding amount I am now chasing . In addition, they are charging the £4 return fee twice, when they state that exchanges in the first instance are free which seems unfair. I have emailed multiple times and am hearing nothing back and cannot believe the poor quality of the customer service given the price of the clothes.
The email confirmation that the items were recieved back state that refunds takes 3-5 working days to appear. This didn’t happen for me and was later told it is up to 10 working days. It has now been over 10 working days and they still won’t refund the money. I am now having to contact my card company for a chargeback as their email response time is shoddy and no other way to contact them. They have my money and their clothes and are so truly reticent to do anything about it.

Love love love this company. Gorgeous pieces and amazing fabric. I love their philosophy and it can be annoying when the things you love aren't in stock but we're so used to fast fashion and everything being in stock, cheap or no postage costs or return costs I think it's easy to forget how much it takes to run a small business and make garments. They're not mass produced in sweatshops in China!! Also all their fabrics are cotton or linen. I've had only good experiences with they customer service as well. As far as I'm concerned you have a loyal and very broke customer!

Used to be a loyal customer, not anymore.
The gifting to size 8 influencers (many of whom aren’t pregnant or don’t even HAVE kids) has completely put me off for over a year now, and I was a customer who literally spent THOUSANDS with this company at one point.
I still wear the pieces I have which I didn’t resell on Vinted. But I’ll never fund another PR packet (which just gets sold on for profit) again.
The brand has TOTALLY lost what made it special, and all for chasing ‘viral’ marketing and consumerism at the expense of its core customers.

I have ordered recently from this brand, having never heard of it previously, until I saw some adverts on social media. As I am now getting targeted by brands that "suit my age range" better, I guess (along with a couple of other unheard of brands to me). I guess the algorithms for mt age range is working....anyway...
I saw a couple of pieces that were nice and saw the materials used was good quality so I took a chance and ordered one of their dungarees as i couldn't justify purchasing more as the dungarees themselves are absolutely super expensive in my opinion. To the point when I clicked on the ad to see the price of it, I was taken a back.
So, for an unheard of brand to me, it is very expensive. It was a bit off putting but I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt. But they looked comfy and it could be dressed in a few ways so I took a chance and bought a pair.
The item is indeed comfy, but worth £120, absolutely not. I wasn't sure about the fit either or whether I needed a smaller size because it is not true to size if you're not pregnant. I purchased a 12 and it is poochy at the front and I do look pregnant or just fat in them.
It did pain me to pay so much. So I am really hoping it will last me a few years.
The order arrived quickly and no issues so far. I would order again but sparingly as I do still think it is an overpriced brand.

I have bought a few pieces from beyond nine, I try and shop consciously but even so I do find the price point high, though they are good quality and comfortable.
Sizing is quite hit and miss, but when I did need to return a pair of trousers for a smaller size this was done quickly and easily.
My main gripe with beyond nine is how heavily they gift influencers. It doesn’t seem to be the odd item here and there, some influencers seem to be gifted everything new that drops every single time which is a bit of a kick in the teeth for those of us who have to pay full price. There is never any discount or loyalty offered to genuine customers, whereas people who don’t pay for them are rewarded with £300+ plus of clothing from the company every month or so. This does make me less inclined to keep buying from them.

If you are an international customer beware !!!!! I live in France for 6 months each year and ordered a jacket . I checked the pick list for delivery to France and discovered it was possible . I ordered the jacket , paid for delivery and only when DHL demanded €89 in taxes did I discover that the customs charged is chosen by the import country rather than Beyond Nine and these are to be paid by the customer. Larger companies are often able to cover these costs or absorb them into RRP but Beyond Nine don't do this. I had to reject the delivery , lost out on the delivery charges I had already paid and have been told by Beyond Nine that I am liable for charges DHL may demand for the return .
Now , Beyond Nine are very quick to tell you all this liability is made very clear on their web site and at checkout . If you look very carefully it is indeed but I cannot understand why they offer international delivery when they must know there are such costs to some customers and their pick lists should be altered accordingly .
My advice is not to buy if you live outwith the UK . It’s just not worth the hassle or expense .

Ordered several times now within the last year (oops) and the quality of fabrics is absolutely top tier, absolutely worth the prices in my opinion. I’ve bought mixture of full price and sale, I have jumpsuits, trousers and tops and am obsessed with them all. Big respect for the linen; it’s a beautiful thick, expensive, high quality linen. The fit is my favourite, as a woman we all know the struggles, but I am consistently the same size throughout (UK14 and size M but sometimes L in tops if I want extra oversize). Really love this brand, it simply works for me. I plan to purchase for a long time!!

Unable to return items within 30 days as is typical for almost all other online retailers - you have to request return within 14 days, and then have 14 days to return. I have tried asking to return within the overall 28 day period but have been advised to sell on Vinted instead! 14 days just isn’t possible, especially when you’re purchasing as a gift. Such a shame they are happy to leave customers out of pocket, particularly when the items are so expensive.

Really happy with the unique designs and quality of clothes. Love the company ethos. No issues with service so far.
Wish they had more in stock though.

Amazing customer service.
I was so unsure on what size trousers to get so I emailed asked if they could change my order to a different size and Alice was amazing and managed to get the warehouse to change the size for me.
The trousers arrived and they are the perfect size and I absolutely love them. Super fast delivery too.

Bought two pairs of quality trousers from Beyond Nine. I especially love the 'Callie' trousers - the colour is beautiful and they are the comfiest trousers I have ever worn!
Special shout out to Alice for her amazing customer service and to DHL for their quick delivery.
Beyond Nine is a fantastic retailer, I'm so glad I found them. I shall return!

I love Beyond Nine so much. Having brought a couple of pieces when I was pregs, it's now my favourite brand.
I absolutely love their branding - the charity partnership with Pregnant then Screwed was 'chef's kiss' for me.
I buy things in a smaller size to wear now but they're all so roomy and stretchy that I know I'd get wear out of them if I got pregnant again.
The style doesn't always suit me, but I can say that for any other shop too and it's really easy to return items.
They are pricey for sure yeah but they have sales and to be honest, it just makes me really consider what I'm buying and if I'd wear it again so I'm now a more conscious buyer which is only a good thing hey.

Have sent multiple messages through their contact page regarding a return, also have tried commenting on Instagram to no avail. Trying this option now in the hope I can finally return my item! I appreciate this is a small company and the clothes are lovely but the communication just doesn’t seem to work

I bought 2 jumpsuits and a coverall from Beyond Nine and on the whole, I'm really impressed! As a short woman, I was worried about the length but both of the jumpsuits fit well in the body, and I was able to roll them up to get my desired leg length. I wasn't as in love with the coverall as it is extremely hard to iron. That being said, I will still wear it and I'll just have to work on my ironing skills!!

I find the fact that refunds are not available for international items barbaric (not quite legal in many countries), but even if you choose to go this route, there should be plenty of warnings when going through the buying process! I received no such warnings when purchasing a very expensive coverall AND paying for shipping within the EU, which nowadays can be more expensive than the order itself. The brand, as far as I am concerned, is a scam, and while the PR team may be good, good enough to convince you ( and me) to click on that product, their materials, prices and their customer service is not. Nowhere - and I mean nowhere- during the process of purchasing this coverall was I told about these *special* terms of service - I was flabbergasted when I found out, as this return policy blatantly violates most consumer laws in any civilized country, so I couldn't have imagined or predicted this to be the case for a UK brand...
Moreover, the quality of the items leaves much to be desired - snap fasteners that don't fasten, only hold the material briefly and cotton that feels like shark skin (very cheap and flimsy, thin material much like fast-fashion denim).
