I am so deeply disturbed how my order went from on the way - To New Jersey on the tracker to not available! These items are still being made available and I am really troubled that my order was not honored.

Could it have been the order was not big enough or another reason I care not to mention. I really want to get to the bottom of this so I want to either hear from management, owner or who I need to continue to track this with.

I am just so broken after waiting and purchasing everything else to go with these items to be denied them!

I had a very disappointing experience with Beyond. I ordered a size L jacket, but they sent me an XL instead. The size tag on the jacket clearly states XL, and I contacted them just 22 minutes after delivery to report the issue. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept insisting their internal scans showed they sent the correct size—ignoring the clear physical evidence I provided.

To make matters worse, they accused me of trying to return a jacket from somewhere else, which is completely absurd. Rather than helping resolve the issue, they made excuse after excuse, forcing me to escalate the dispute through PayPal.

On top of that, their return policy is unfair and violates EU consumer rights. They state that original shipping costs will not be refunded, which is not allowed under EU law when a product is incorrect or not as described. This shows that they do not respect consumer protection laws.

Mistakes can happen, but a trustworthy company takes responsibility and treats its customers fairly—this shop does not. I strongly advise against buying from them unless you’re willing to risk losing your money if something goes wrong.

Super fast delivery, ordered on 04/24/24 and received my package on 04/26/24.
The package was delivered from Finland to Bavaria within 2 days, the goods are as described on the homepage.
The only drawback, if you can call it that, was the packaging. The goods were delivered without any outer packaging in a bubble bag and were therefore very slightly dirty, but that didn't hurt the whole thing.
I would definitely order there again, thumbs up.

Unbelievable delivery speed. I'm in Czechia, the delivery was only 3 days since the order placed, its even faster than buying from my local shops.
