I do love it and looks so beautiful.

My Bulova watch is Beautiful and Classy. The delivery process was wonderful. They kept me posted on all steps from my order placement, tracking updates till it reached my home in perfect packaging condition. Thankyou!!

Watch was in great shape. Box was not and had no instructions, papers, or manual.

Received a very expensive defective watch. Battery didn’t work. A metal link on watch wasn’t in place. And could deal with issue over the phone. Very disappointed. Awaiting on outcome.

I bought 2 (not one)brand new automatic Swiss watches from them. Both happened to be deficient, one running too slow and the other is too fast and outside of the COSC standard. Both watches were significantly discounted, most likely because Bezali knew about these deficiencies, and which was not disclosed on their website. I returned the watches, incurred above $300 for shipping, insurance, and credit card interest fees. It takes a month for a refund from them because they use a so called Shopify for payment processing. Nothing was disclosed on their website about refund delay. I don't recommend them.

Received it quicker than expected. Only issue was with UPS. They delivered it the wrong house.

Product (watch) was much larger than displayed or described online, also slow response from customer service as to how to process returns. Company should provide returns label or instructions with packing slip or response timely to inquires.

At the time I found the product I was looking for, I was unsure about this website because I had never heard of it before. However, I took the chance and ordered an eyeshadow palette. This company shipped very fast and I received it within a week. The only reason I give four stars is because this fragile item was packed in only an envelope, and was partially broken when I received it. *I reached out to their customer service and they instantly replied. Within a few days, we had a fair resolution. They are a good company to buy from, I just hope that they pack eyeshadow palettes, maybe in some bubble wrap, in the future.
