Unprofessional. Run. Learn from my experience. Find a more reputable company that really cares about helping you and will do their jobs to help your business. I have been falsely mislead. Mr. Nick Said, Business Relationship Manager, told me my company is approved for an SBA loan and that things will take 4-6 weeks to close. Now it is 3-4 months later. He does not respond to emails or phone calls. He sat on my file. In the meantime, my credit score went from excellent over 700 to fair in the 650s, while my business is already struggling which is why I came to them for help in the first place. Now all of a sudden, I am are no longer approved because my change in credit score. Cowardly, he rejects phone calls and has not responded to emails. He told me this by text message that I am no longer approved any longer and their “sorry”.

Ray and Joe are responsive. They listen to your needs and fine the best fit for your business. They are a pleasure to work with and I rely on them to help me when needed.

My experience BFA has been always smooth . My agent Liza is like a friend . She is amazing person and try to help me.

This was the easiest Thing I've ever had to do . They made it so easy and quick .

David and his group got me funded quickly and effortlessly and so quick to call back and keep me posted on the loan. If you want great customer service and quick turnaround for some quick capital I would highly recommend them.

Finally, they did come through and have delivered on the service they promised as I was worried and stressed that I was scammed. They did explain some computer issues and the government regulations including IRS delays caused problems which they could not control. I am convinced that it was true.
Hoping they will come through with the rest of the deal. I would do business with them again

This company is very helpful in getting you the money you need. They are very nice and help you every step of the way until funds are approved. They stay in contact with you almost everyday helping you get or find the information needed to get approved. I highly recommend this company.

I have, in the past, obtained business loans and I know what to expect. This process was as expected. They were patient, easy to work with and kept in touch with me throughout the process. My loan was also approved very quickly. Overall a good experience in getting my business loan.

I worked with Nick and his team at BFA and they provided great service and helped me get additional funding for my business. They were transparent, easy to work with, understanding of my time, and most of all got it done.

I worked with Nick with my ERC refund and it was the absolute worst experience ever. He told me what I needed to hear to secure my business and I was told they would not take funds out of my account before the funds hit. BFA did the complete opposite and pulled the funds out and left my company in a bind. I called and they admitted they told me they wouldn’t and would return the funds immediately. They have made multiple promises they would correct it and keep telling me a different story. I spoke with Nicks supervisor prior to closing the deal with them and he assured me the same thing. They are now ignoring my calls, I have not received a refund and have told me multiple lies. I HIGHLY suggest not doing business with BFA and will advise as many companies that I can to be careful when using this company because they do not do what they promise they will do. On the phone I was correct that they told me what they did and that they just can’t help me. Every time I call I get the run around and now instead of a call they won’t answer but send a text and say that accounting in reviewing everything. DO NOT use this company or Nick if you want to be delivered what you are promised.

Worst experience I have ever had working with a company.

I spoke with him on the phone multiple times and his supervisor and was informed I had nothing to worry about that Nick would call me prior to this happening and here we are a month and half later and it has still not been
Returned, you guys still ignore my calls , text and emails and we are being forced to take legal action at this point. Also, you keep telling me stuff about IRS and when I called them I got an entire different story and you guys failed to even submit all the proper paperwork to the IRS which is holding all my funds up even more.

We have also discovered others now you have done the same thing to. Very poor business practices you have and you are aware of what you have done but yet continue to not be honest with me and mislead me. I hope anyone Looking to use you guys Read this and choose a different company.

I Worked with Nick on my ERC refund and what a amazing experience it was He was in constant contact with me the process was smooth and kept in touch with me during the time it was processing with the IRS and made sure that I received my refund - Will definitely continue doing business with Nick on all my future business loans and whatever programs come up I can honestly say he had my businesses best interest at heart.

I’ve been working with BFA for about 2 years and they have never let me down. Anytime I need any kind of funding for my business they are always there to help me. There knowledge is quite impressive. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating.

David from BFA was awesome to work with on our SBA loan. We had been trying to get the paperwork fixed since October of 2021. He was persistent and followed up with the SBA every week to ensure that the paperwork was approved.

This company is one of the best companies I have worked with. David was so on top of things, polite, professional, and got the loan I needed approved! I highly recommend working with them.
