In the interest of time, if we don't receive a response within 72 hours you will be sent a free replacement order.
This product is not worth the money. It is misleading because the characters do not pop up and are made flimsy. I would not purchase save your money.

We take all feedback seriously and are always working to improve the quality of our products.
As shown in the product video on our website and the FAQ section here, there's no electronics inside the ring that pop up the characters on its own, nor do the rings have a speaker inside.
The characters are to be manually folded up just like the lid, and the ring is able to spin with the bearing inside. However, if your rings are having any troubles spinning, please let us know.
Otherwise, if the rings weren't what you were expecting, or if you are unhappy with them in any way, we would be happy to set you up with a free return!
We've already reached out to you over email, and are currently awaiting your reply. Please let use know if you'd like to make a return, and I'll set you up with a pre-paid return label right away.

Fantastic company with phenomenal customer service. I had a few issues with the delivery but the company was very accommodating.
