False oak frame…
Ordering was simple and delivery was easy. Disappointed that the frame wasn’t oak but an oak veneer (sticker) over pine. Very easy to miss in the website’s description. Not great value for a fake oak frame:(

The online ordering process isn't great - once your order is placed, there is not information regarding expected delivery times. I ordered a custom sized frame, but due to its large size - someone should have called me to inform me that it would be quite floppy. Needless to say, the frame has practically fallen apart and is warped.

Good customer service
I had ordered a mirror, frame, passepartout and an art glass. The art glass arrived broken, and passepartout was slightly imperfect. I contacted BGAfoto and their customer care was fantastic. New items were shipped out to me immediately and all my items are now perfect. I recommend purchasing from BGAfoto.
