The store itself was fine, the product was sub-par
The store itself was fine, but the product I ordered was sub-par. It was an acrylic clip-frame (Klipsramme Akrylglass A3) and there was no instructions on how to properly unclip the clips in order to utilize the frame and the acrylic cracked as I began to attempt to unclip the first clip. The product itself was made of very thin acrylic that cracked very easily and the design was not user-friendly. I do not think the store should carry that product.

I bought some frames and printed photos. Both came well packed and everything looked great. My order was processed very fast and the package arrived as planned.
