Very good customer service, I ordered the wrong items and although I couldn't return the items, I was offered discount and help getting the correct items. The delivery service is very efficient.

In general it’s just bad quality

In general it’s just bad quality. The plastic cover looks very cheap and it’s not fully transparent. And the frame is not fixed to the plastic so it’s feels like it’s falls aparte when I grab it and it the plastic isn’t like flat - it curves

3 days ago I posted one star review…

3 days ago I posted one star review here and the company responded saying that I should send them an email about my case and they will act on it. As a response I received an email asking to rate my experience with their service. Nothing else. Still dont know where my money is. AVOID AT ANY COST.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with BGASTORE.ES. My order is now more than 30 days late and it still hasn’t been delivered.

What makes the situation even worse is the almost nonexistent customer support. I tried contacting them multiple times to get an update about my order, but responses were either extremely slow or I received no useful information at all.

Waiting this long without clear communication is very frustrating. If there are delays, the least a company can do is inform customers properly and provide real support.

At this point I cannot recommend buying from BGASTORE.ES. If you need your order within a reasonable time and expect responsive customer service, you might want to look elsewhere.

Terrible experience, don’t order

Terrible experience and after reading the reviews here I’m now not surprised.

Wrong tracking link sent out, apparently to parcel shop which I did not choose, I had no idea where it was and now it says it has been returned to sender. It’s been a month now and I’ve a very poor responses from this company, it’s really hard to get an answer from a real person instead of a bot.

I needed these mirrors for a renovation and will now has a delay because of this. Will I get notified when’s it’s been returned to them? Will I ger a refund? Who knows?

Very unhappy customer. I’ve worked in customer service myself and can understand delays, but I’ve lost my patience with this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They didnt communicate that my package was delivered to a parcel store. I dont even know where the nearest one is! I kept chasing delivery after over a month and 4 chasing emails, i didnt collect the package (again no notification it had been delivered) that is was being returned to BGA.
So this has taken nearly 6 weeks to be returned and i am still waiting a refund!
This whole process started in Summer, now December!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, NO COMMUNICATIONS, NO REFUND!!!

Buyer be aware

Buyer be aware! You should know that the quality of the frames is substandard and the "glass" is not real glass but a plastic acrylic material. So you should have low expectations if you want to satisfied. On the other hand, even when the products delivered are not what you expect you have to pay to return articles starting at €7.00 and can go up to almost €60 depending on the size of your articles. So make sure you are happy with this before purchasing. I don't recommend .Customer services is very good on the other hand. Low quality products / unfair return policy .Thanks!

What is acrylic glass (plexiglass)?
Acrylic glass is a transparent, durable plastic material that’s commonly used in frames because it:
is lighter than traditional glass
is more shatter-resistant (safer during shipping and handling)
provides good clarity and protection for your picture
We also understand your concern regarding returns. Our return policy and return shipping costs are also clearly communicated on our website before purchase, and the cost can vary depending on parcel size and carrier rates.
That said, we genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’d like, we can help you choose a frame that better matches what you’re looking for (for example, options with traditional glass, where available). Please contact us at info@bgastore.es and we’ll be glad to assist.

No delivery or responsibility

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent three emails and they’ve told me they can’t contact the courier to “speed up the process” but they can put me in contact with someone.

I don’t want to speed up the process, I want to receive it! It’s been in Spain for two weeks, something is clearly wrong. I don’t think as a customer I should have to chase my order, they should take responsibility.

Don't believe the 1-6 days delivery

Don't believe the 1-6 days delivery - I paid nearly 10 euros for delivery and I am still waiting to receive any information about the shipment 8 working days later. Seems it hasn't even been sent by the company.

Totally deception

Totally deception. Bought two photo frames, turn out they are all made of cheap plastic. Look at their return policy, and it's cheaper throwing their products into the garbage instead of returning.

Great assortment of frames and mirrors

Great assortment of frames and mirrors. Not cheap but really worth every Euro. Quality and custom made to specifications. Bought a photo frame in oak last month and a mirror just recently. Everything very well packed and delivered by DHL. Shipping does take about 9 working days, from shipment to delivery. DHL have a good service where the shipment can be followed. I certainly recommend BGA, it’s worth the wait.
