Good prices, fast delivery and great customer service. Sorted an issue out for me really quickly and helpfully.

I have used this store multiple times in the last few weeks for a.wode variety of things - no issues at all, fast responses to queries, fast delivery.

Struggling to get my parcel delivered DHL eCommerce said the tried to deliver 3 time but they were unable to even when I was home. That have no one to speak to, so I tried to ring board games extra but the number comes up as invalid. Sent and email explaining the problem the the mail server rejected it. Re sent by manually typing in the email, still waiting for a response.

Previously tended to use the same reliable wargames supplier but needed some Star Wars legion models and cards quickly which my normal supplier didn't have in stock.. So tried board game extra and I've got to say they have been brilliant, quick reliable well packaged items all at a really good price ...so much so I've now converted to using them for all my legion purchases and more .. so pleased I tried them as I've previously had some bad experiences with online gaming stores

The game was dispatched very quickly. However the carrier (Royal Mail) damaged it in transit. I emailed and was responded to very quickly. A return label was issued along with a refund. I cannot fault the service at all.

Always a great service when buying from BGE. Only ever had one issue (wrong item sent) from many orders with them, which they were quick to fix via excellent email communication.

I recently made a mistake with the address on my order, it got returned to sender and BGE sorted it, were really polite and kind in their communications and left me with a really positive experience. I buy from them frequently and highly recommend them. A great site for your card gaming needs.

Had a mix up with royal mail claiming that my parcel had been returned to sender and contacted the customer service. They were incredibly helpful and prompt at replying and sent me out a new order which arrived the very next day! Was incredibly impressed by the whole experience and will definitely be ordering all my board game goods from here in the future!

Ordered and it arrived next day. Would buy from them again. Their site also has a handy sleeve calculator for board games too. Quick response to support queries as well.

Excellent quality and packaging great

I've ordered from this company many times now. The speed of service is remarkable: often within minutes of placing my order the package is on its way to me. I ordered yesterday at 2pm and Royal Mail delivered at 10 this morning. Not only that but I'm able to find sleeves that aren't available elsewhere, and at an excellent price. Perfect for a fastidious gamer like myself.
