I bought a package of the Simply Steam Summer Sweet Peas with Butter Sauce and when I took package out of box the package is split open on side of product that should be sealed 😐

I must compliment B&G foods. I did a review and only have them a 1 rating. I am gladly taking this back. I had received my brown bread and the can was so dented it was completely unusable. I called and spoke with Rodney. They apologized that it had arrived in that condition. I had purchased through Amazon. They sent me coupons to replace my cans of brown bread. Excellent customer service.
I purchased canned green beans. Heated them up and in the process of eating them almost choked on a stick! It was the same color as green beans and not noticed. Went online to make a complaint. The did reach out to me, were going to send out coupons and a prepaid envelope for me to return the foreign object! It's been a 9 days!! No envelope and no coupons!! Poor customer service and I will never buy from this company again. The need to follow thru with what the tell you!
I bought a jar of Polaner Jelly and it was so terrible I couldn't keep it but I had not saved my sales receipt (who thought jelly could be so bad).
I tried the online consumer affairs forms but time after troubleshooting time I was unable to jump through the computer hoops and I could not submit a complaint.
Then I called the company. I explained that the jelly I bought was terrible and I also tried to explain that their on-line service was defective.
Frustrating conversation but they said they would send me $3.99.
I waited two months; no check.
I wrote to the company and got a response that they will send me the $3.99.
I waited a month; no check.
I just wrote a new note and god knows what they won't bring.
Was $3.99 too much for them to act on in an attempt to please a customer who is, you can imagine, beyond pleasing.
