While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. You can only withdraw a minimum of £20…

You can only withdraw a minimum of £20 and they charge you £2.50 to withdraw any winnings. And I've also noticed you can make deposits at the weekend but you can never get your money back out over the weekend and you have to wait till Monday. They claim they are doing routine checks on your account, this is every week!

Absolute joke of a Casino

Absolute joke of a Casino. Welcome bonus is a few free spins with winnings capped at £13 then that £13 is also capped at £100. Dare you question them they will quote some random TnC to you. I pointed out the TnC they quoted me has no mention of a cap but they don’t listen. £3300 win and they gave me £100

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service! Been trying to get hold of someone to actually speak to is impossible. The phone number CONSTANTLY has the "unfortunately all our agents are busy please leave you phone number and we will call you back." type nonsense. Which they NEVER do. They owe me over £300 and are doing everything they can to not pay me. Seems strange as they are not as slow when you're making deposits! I am sick of the generic email accusing me of money laundering.
