There aren't replacement parts

I owns a BH Fitness G152X Global Gym Plus with Leg Press.
After not even a year of use ( I am a domestic user) one of the pulley broke down.

I have ordered and paid for the replacement part on February 17 via the BH Fitness website.

Nearly THREE MONTHS later I haven't received it.
I have sent a dozen of email but with no result.
The replacement pulley itself is only of 70mm diameter and weights few hundreds grams.

The "BH Fitness G152X Global Gym Plus with Leg Press" is a multi (14) exercises gym equipment.
Because they are all connected via a number of pulleys and cables if one pulley breaks then none of the 14 exercises are possible.

So it is THREE MONTHS that I haven't been able to do ANY exercise.

Very soon I will have to take the decision to dispose a £1,000 plus machine.

Potential gym machine buyer do not do the same mistake I did.

They want to Charge you to Repair Their Damaged Goods

My wife ordered a fan bike from BH back in Jan 2021, when it arrived the protective cage around the fan was damaged and was not recognised until after the bubble wrap was removed, I informed BH the day the bike was delivered, It was bad enough that I could put my hand inside the protective casing which meant that a child would be able to fi their arm in.

It has taken 3 months to fro BH to arrange a repair.

On Monday they called and said that an engineer will be out on Thursday. Thursday has arrived and we received a call from the engineer to say that they will be at our home in the PM, but no specific time was given. My wife and I, are working from home and we both have had work emergencies and as a result, we tried to rearrange the repair.

When we called BH we were told that we would be charged £90 to re-arrange the visit. At no point was the fee mentioned in any of the previous calls, instead, we were told that "you accepted the visit day so you are responsible for the £90 fee". If the fee had been mentioned when the engineer was arranged on Monday then we would have not accepted that date instead we would have booked the repair date a few weeks ahead so that I could take the time off work.

I now have to leave the house to address a work matter, my wife can now not attend her important team's meeting. This is made worse by the fact my wife is pregnant and at risk of Covid due to not being able to take the covid vaccine, now she has to deal with that engineer instead of me which puts her at risk.

We have been understanding and flexible with BH waited 3 months for them to repair their damaged and faulty good which cost us over £900. When mentioning this to the customer service rep she said that BH have had to wait to get the parts because of covid and the pandemic, as if the companies business model is somehow the customer's fault. They seem to expect flexibility and understanding to be one way. They chose to omit parts of their T&C's when arranging the repair on the phone and then want to retrospectively enforce their T&C's when it suits them.

We are now being penalized for a number of BH's mistakes. They admitted on the phone that they are not the manufacturer and are more a middle man/sales team and so the repair is carried out by the manufacturer hence the fee.

I will not be dealing with them again. There are far better companies out there with much better after-care who treat their customers fairly.

Feed-back on quality, warranty and post sales service

Feed-back on quality, warranty and post sales service
In March 2020 I bought a "BH Fitness G152X Global Gym Plus with Leg Press".
In February 2021 one of the small pulley (part n. G152X055) broke down. Since then I haven't be able to use the machine.

Feedback:
QUALITY
Very poor.
I am a domestic user using the machine no more than twice a week.
The pulley didn't last even a year.
I am an engineer and I have checked the quality of the pulley. If you use that type of low quality pulley it is not a matter if it breaks down but rather when it breaks down.

WARRANTY:
Non Existent.
If you read the small print the warranty doesn't cover any moving parts of the equipment.
Since the parts that can potentially break are moving parts, the warranty has no use.

AFTER SALES SERVICE.
Non Existent.
Early February I have contacted the Online Store from where I bought the equipment that refers me to their Service/Warranty department that refers me to BH Fitness Distributor.
The Distributor told me that because of Brexit they won't take any more spare part orders.
I then (6 weeks ago) went to the BH Fitness Global Service and ordered via their website the replacement pulley.
I paid an additional €18.50 (£16) for international delivery with the promise to have it within 5-7 days.
It has been more than 6 WEEKS since I have ordered and paid for the small pulley and I haven't received it yet.
I have sent several emails asking for update to BH Fitness.
No replies.

CONCLUSION:
To the prospective buyers:
because of the QUALITY of the equipment it will break-down sooner rather than later.
because of the misleading WARRANTY you will not be covered.
because of the AFTER SALES SERVICE you will not be able to use your equipment for a long period of time (months rather than weeks)

Shockingly awful quality of equipment and after sales service

Buyers beware. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I also note another reviewer's comments about negative posts being removed.
I am an NHS nurse and purchased a iSpada2 racing bike in Sept 2020 from Fitness Superstore. The aim was to provide some much needed stress relieving exercise on non work days.
I have only been able to use the bike for 2 out of the 6 months I have had it.
Fitness Superstore post sales service is appalling but in Dec 2020 they promised me a refund or replacement bike and confirmed this by email. BH Fitness refused to collect or replace the bike so it sits broken and unused.
The BH Fitness Sales Manager would not help and now fails to answer emails. The warranty terms are deliberately vague.
I found contact details for the company that services BH Fitness equipment. So far there have been 2 engineer visits when various parts were replaced...flywheel bearing, drive belts etc. Ongoing new issues and many emails and videos sent.
I have now been waiting for over 8 wks for the bottom bracket to be replaced. All parts are ordered from Spain and they are currently unable to locate where the parts are on the journey to UK.
BH Fitness still refuse to replace/refund the bike.
It is hard to explain the misery and stress that this situation has caused.
A legal opinion tells me that I have a very good case so am left with no option than to proceed down this route.
Shame on BH Fitness as a company.

Avoid at all costs unless- we suffered…

Avoid at all costs unless- we suffered essentially a total loss on £500 we have given this “company” . My girlfriend and I bought a bike in early December. It arrived broken (the threads for the pedals were scratched and so couldn’t screw in one of the pedals). We asked for a repair/part replacement but we were met with responses contrary to U.K. law (namely that this is a manufacturer issue for them to resolve) but in frustration with how we were being fobbed off we agreed to pay for a replacement part. It has now been over 2 months, have not received this part and this is again being attributed to manufacturer. Spin Bike has sat unusable all during lockdown. We see little prospect of ever being able to use it so essentially they have taken our money and given us junk in return all the while not properly engaging with us. further edit- it is clear that BH is having negative reviews taken down en masse (I don’t know why Trustpilot allows itself to be complicit in that). So if you are wondering why there are so few reviews or how we got mislead into buying from this company the reason is they actively suppress honest negative reviews with apparent complicity of trustpilot. I hope this review isn’t also taken down as purpose of this website is to help consumers avoid being taken advantage of by spurious and unscrupulous retailers and service providers.

Poor support. Incompatible with Apple iPad

I bought a BH exercise bike from Fitness Supermarket 11 weeks ago. It was supposed to be compatible with my iPad so I could run apps associated with the bike. The bike was supplied without the Bluetooth unit but Fitness Supermarket supplied that themselves. However, the Bluetooth unit can't be seen by my iPad either from the iPad settings page or from within the app. I tried another iPad and an iPhone and none of them could see the Bluetooth unit (they were all running latest iOS). When I tried an old Android phone, I could see the Bluetooth unit. Fitness Supermarket contacted BH UK on my behalf and I then took up direct contact. After several contacts the issue was referred to experts at BH HQ but has not been resolved. The best they have offered so far is to explain what should happen - which I already knew from the instructions. They do not appear to have any intention of doing any constructive trouble shooting and have not followed up.
