I had purchased two pairs of shoes and only received one pair. I had reached out to the merchant to inquire when I will be getting the other pair of shoes I paid for, they replied saying that the shoes were not in stock but would know by the following week. I still did not receive a response and followed up multiple times. I basically had to report the transaction to get my money back. Terrible experience. Suggest looking elsewhere.

Good quality shoes, but I had some issues which weren't resolved. The boots I got (Rally Combat Boots) still look new after months of wear, however, I find I don't want to wear them much because the tongues slide completely to the side of my feet within minutes of wear. There is also squeaking noise when I walk, and I contacted Bhava but after a couple of messages they stopped replying. I've heard people raving about the quality of their shoes and customer service, but sadly my experience wasn't something to rave about. Even dirt cheap fast fashion shoes don't have these issues. If I'm paying a lot for good quality vegan shoes, I want them to be wearable. I also hope international shipping prices improve because shipping them to Australia was so expensive. I wish they would improve because I love their ethics and styles
