B-HEM Solutions Ltd Reviews

Richard was amazing! Talked me through everything and offered lots of great advice and sent the report within hours of completing. Really quick turnaround of thr whole job, very impressed, thank you Richard

Richard conducted an energy efficency assessment on our house. No fuss and completed promptly. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend the company.

Really good advice from Richard. I didnt know much about energy, just that it’s costing me an arm and leg, and just needed advice on how to actually bring the bills down.

Richard asked lots of easy questions to understand our home and what we were dealing with and explained it all. No hard sell and no trying to flog us something we didnt need.

I also appreciated hearing about what he’s done in his own house. He’s a dad too in a busy house with teenage kids and clearly gets it!

I came away with some simple, practical ideas and a much better idea of what to do next. Well worth the money and I’d happily recommend him to anyone. Sound bloke!

Richard had an incredible knowledge and passion for the service he offered. Gave fantastic advice and knowledge that went far beyond the great value fee we paid for the service.

I came to BHEM Solutions because I wanted some advice about energy and, more importantly, ways I could cut my bills. If I’m honest, I didn’t really know much about any of it.

I’d done quite a lot of Googling beforehand, which just seemed to leave my head full of information but no clearer about what I actually needed! I’d also spoken to another provider and came away feeling like they were more interested in what they could sell me than what was actually right for me.

Richard was completely different. He took the time to understand my situation and explained things in a way I could actually understand, without making me feel stupid for not knowing what I was talking about!

He gave me some really useful advice about reducing my energy costs and, rather than telling me what I should buy or do, he gave me enough information to make my own decision. That was really important to me.

I also spoke to Richard in quite a bit of depth and one of the things that made me trust his advice even more was finding out that he actually practices what he preaches in his own home. For me, that makes a big difference. It’s easy to give advice, but I like knowing that someone genuinely believes in it enough to do it themselves.

I honestly feel the advice was a really sound investment. I went from feeling pretty clueless and overwhelmed to actually understanding what I was looking at and having some practical things I could do.

I’d definitely recommend Richard and BHEM Solutions, not just to homeowners but to businesses of all sizes too. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who seems genuinely interested in helping you get the right answer rather than just making a sale.

Richard & B-HEM are absolutely exceptional. In running my own estate agency it is crucial that any recommendations I make when advising someone regarding their biggest asset is genuine and only for the clients benefit & Richard delivers that and then some. With an incredible amount of experience and accolades behind him, he is exceptional at his craft, unbelievably knowledgeable and delivers with extreme care, precision and is a cut above anyone I have dealt with, but also delivers on the basics - polite, timely and puts the client first.

There is also a genuine level of warmth and well-placed intentions in everything he does, and with the knowledge and previous experience behind him - he really should charge more!

Whether you're in the profession and need someone to handle a higher volume but with incredible attention to detail, or need a better understanding of where your energy bills currently lie, how they can be improved and how energy efficient your home is, it is almost a guaranteed return on your investment if I've ever seen such a thing. Most importantly, he also lives and breathes it himself, and therefore the trust I have in him to deliver for clients is second to none.

An incredible person & professional.
