Warning – Be Careful Before Sending Money

I was contacted on WhatsApp by people claiming to be connected to an ECO4 grant and property rental service. I was asked to make an urgent £250 payment and send a screenshot as proof.

Red flags I experienced:

* Pressure to pay immediately.
* Requests for payment via bank transfer.
* Asked to send a payment screenshot.
* Told not to speak with other companies.
* Confusing and inconsistent information about properties and services.
* Contact mainly through WhatsApp rather than official channels.

I recommend that anyone contacted in a similar way verifies everything independently before sending money or personal information. Please be cautious.
