I ordered 4 items of oak furniture - window bench, table and 2 bespoke sideboards.
The whole process was completed in a very professional manner with good communication.
Dave was really helpful and patient in the early stages when I was asking for information.
The furniture is everything I hoped it would be; beautifully made whilst being lovely to look at and use.
Highly recommended.

A beautifully crafted bench. The colour is fab, it fits the space perfectly and it is clearly a quality, well-made piece that will last forever.

This was our third piece of furniture from these guys and, as always, the product, service and attention to detail were excellent. Nothing is too much trouble from the initial enquiry right through to the personal delivery.

Dave was happy to discuss options, made recommendations and kept us informed through the whole process. After such good personal service it was great to meet him and his son when they it came to deliver it. We are delighted with it.

These guys are just unbelievably brilliant at what they do. Highly professional Designers, Master Craftsmen and thoroughly great Guys.

From the ordering process through to delivery and installation this was a completely pain free experience from start to finish, and the end result is absolutely stunning, exceeded our wildest expectations and exactly what we were  looking for.

You choose the style, specify the orientation, left & right hand sizes, finishing details, and colour, and that's it.

From then on, Dave confirms everything and keeps you informed of progress all the way through the process.

Dave (who designed the Bench) and Martin (the Master Craftsman who built the Bench) arrived in our Village of Aberlady in East Lothian, Scotland within the allotted delivery timeframe after coming all the way from Nottingham, AND getting a flat tyre along the way! In the middle of a Pandemic too!

They put the two halves together, installed it and were back on their way within minutes.

The end product can only be described as 'Master-Built'. The quality of Design, the Craftsmanship and solid build through to the superb Paint finish is just stunning!

If I sound as if I'm being a bit OTT, I'm not, this is a 'Premium' quality product in every sense of the word.

This was the best investment we made for our home, the service was so bespoke and tailored to our need. Our corner bench has transformed our kitchen with its built in radiator cover. It is so cosy and the perfect dining area for family meals. We love the colour.. The match was perfect and we even got a table top to match out counters which gives the kitchen a lovely look.. Thank you.

I ordered a 'Monks bench' from BHF interiors as an anniversary present and it was perfect. Then bench was beautifully made, with personalisation as requested.
They kept in contact with me and hand delivered it.
Cannot recommend them highly enough, beautiful furniture.

So pleased with my customised window seat. It is fabulous and fitted perfectly with a lovely finish. Prompt replies to my never ending questions and would recommend to anyone wanting quality workmanship.

Our order of two benches were well worth the wait. Craftsmanship excellent and we would certainly recommend this company. They replaced storage in the conservatory and now we have storage and seats combined, fantastic.

We asked for a window seat to be made to time with when we could drive down from Scotland to collect. We did not give much notice but BHF accommodated our request and kept us up to date with the progress of our order (even though the manager we dealt with was on his holiday at the time, he took our phone calls and made all the arrangements for us to collect our window seat).
When we collected ithe window seat, at the time and date agreed, we were met by two very professional and friendly members of staff who had our window seat ready and helped to carefully load it into our car.
We were even given a pot of Farrow & Ball Paint matching our French Grey paint choice should the need for a touch up be required.
The window seat itself is beautifully crafted. It is original, practical and utterly stunning.
For quality and customer care I can't recommend this company enough. They really went out of their way to help us.
Great value for money too for such a quality product

The service I have had from BHF interiors has been faultless from start to finish. The product... a beautiful monks bench... is stunning. It arrived very securely packaged and the timing of delivery was excellent with good communication to update me of accurate time of arrival. All correspondence between purchase and delivery was also prompt and supportive. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Dave couldn't have been more assertive with an immediate telephone follow up from an initial online enquiry. He knew exactly what we were after and then was able to tweak and customise our Monks Bench order to suit... including a colour match to a colour from the Avko Interiors colour palette and a solid oak seat.

Did have an 8 week wait but knew that from the off-set and was definitely worth the wait.

UPDATE ON REVIEW There was further communication which gave you an opportunity to offer a replacement bench and you chose not to rectify the problem. My review is not negative but an honest balanced one.

The bench seems to be a reasonable build quality but having waited 7 weeks for delivery it arrived with a very strong smell of paint, not the right colour, wrong hinges and the finish to the insets not great. I wonder whether the paint was a rush job as the smell did go off within a few days and was tacky inside on arrival. When choosing a colour, I suggest going from the range they offer, although we were offered any colour, the match wasn't right. Hinges, we decided to live with. I did email videos on the finish of the insets but sadly nobody bothered to come back to me.
