It was just a matter of time before BHFO closed its doors. It used to be a fantastic store when it was ebay and when they first opened up their online store, but over the past 3-4 years. Sales were actually inflated and not on sale at all. With the introduction of other online stores that charged no shipping, I was not suprised to read it closed its doors. That said, I did purchase hundreds and hundreds of pieces that were wonderful - so another business closes it doors.

It use to be a great on-line store with good selection and good prices. Now when I go there it is more like Marshall's or T.J. Maxx quality with higher prices..What happened to this store?

After 2 years I decided to order again from this online store 2 pair of Larroude shoes. They came with box and no defects but one pair is not the size I ordered. I was sent a 6.5 instead of 6 and one dustbag is missing. How can you send me the wrong size when online size 6.5 was not even available? The other shoes had a sticker on the inside that when I tried to remove it took off the leather from the insole. How in the world you should put a sticker there.Now I know why I haven't bought anything from them in the past 2 years. They are messy. The price for both shoes was a steal but now I have a pair of sandals that are too big because of their mistake.

I've shopped here before, 2 pairs of great boots, shipped fast. on July 1, I ordered a coat and found it was being shipped by Amazon. It's true that other businesses use Amazon's warehousing and logistics whether they sell on there or not. Amazon lost the package. It sat for 10 days without any updates. I reached out to ebay for an update, still wanted the coat. They sent a refund.

I wish BHFO had reached out to Amazon and found out why their freight is stuck with no updates, and that they would have responded to me instead of Ebay.

Bought 3 pairs of shoes for less than $50 and i'm very happy. They arrived within a week. I will shop here more.

I bought shoes that arrived and turns out theyre used. So much so that, due to prior wear, the written logo name on the inside of the shoes are missing several letters. Reaching out to customer service was pointless. They offered a lame ass excuse about how they sell used merchandise (though I still can’t find anywhere online that states this for this company). They would not offer me a price discount for the used shoes and they still haven’t responded when asking about returning them for a full refund. Don’t waste your time buying from them.

I have been buying for many years now, but won't be buying with them again. They do not care about customers. After their website was updated a few months ago, the new website is not customer friendly. To access the account you have to receive a code via email. I asked them to send it via text, like all other companies do, but the customers service didn't care, said that I set it up like that and that she couldn't change it (I didn't change anything because before updates there was no security code). Now when I travel I can't get into the account because I cannot access the code via email! She didn't even make an effort to ask for technical support to fix it. What kind of service is that?!! Lousy service, they only care to take your money, after that you are on your own.

Been buying from them via eBay for a couple of years and just because I told them I didn’t receive my order They’re way to resolve. It was to have me banned from eBay and after all the money I’ve spent I highly recommend that you do not use this seller extremely disappointed in eBay as well how can they just close your account no no explanation I’d rather pay for price than to ever deal with this company again they become extremely angry at the thought of any type of returns and refund and by banning you from eBay, they don’t have to follow up
People beware extremely greedy and ungrateful for a long-term customer .

My first site purchase was two pairs of shoes. One sent was the wrong color so that was going to be an immediate return and the other was made irregular/manufacturer flaw but was a final return (so money lost). The return on the wrong color only offered store credit. That was fine but when I reordered two more pairs of shoes and a pair of spanx undies this time I learned that final sale means it's an irregular fit. I guess so many people have returned it due to it being sized wrong instead of them just saying it runs small or is size flawed they just list it as a final sale. And the spanx although new, it would have been nice to know they were not sealed so I don't know if they've been tried on or what.

They sent me two left shoes, I love these particular ones to, however I sent pics I sent the box information and they haven't responded to my email yet! Unfortunately I loved ordering from them I had no problems with the clothes. I'm not sure what is going on in the shoe department I'm reading a lot of bad reviews about them just be careful when ordering shoes

BHFO has become a game-changer and savings to me and my shopping habits! At one time or another, I’ve been able to find and purchase items from at least 75% of my favorite name brands at a much lower rate …… who doesn’t like to shop -and- save?

BHFO sent 2-diferrent shoes, one wide and one regular, when contacted they brushed me off did not offer any free return since it was them who knew what they sent, avoid them at any cost, they are robbers! Would give them zero starts if available....

Bought Bestsey Johnson boots. Sequins on heel were crooked. Boots were not even in dust bags.

Beware before shopping. They sent me used shoes. They were worn and had dirty soles. I have attempted almost 10x to issue a full return and I only received one response for photos, which I sent. Since then, I have messaged, chatted and called numerous time and nothing.

Bought jeans sold as new with tags record wrong size, used, damaged jeans. Returned via their email and they went silent. Following up three weeks later they said sorry, not the jeans we sent you. Wish I checked their awful TP score before I ordered.

Order an item and received a wrong size! Poor inventory management. i have to use my precious time to send pics and take it to the carrier. Despite their mistake, they won’t issue the refund until they get the item back. Makes so sense. Unempathetic, robotic customer service. Never buy a thing again

They certainly do NOT stand by their products!! Ordered 2 shirts they say were from a very prominent company. The sizes were ridiculous. They said they were women’s sizes, but they would fit a 10 year old! When I wrote to complain, I received very nasty notes from Taylor, who said it was my responsibility to check the sizes. Ironically I had ordered a shirt directly from the same prominent company, which was properly sized. I feel they misrepresented the products but Taylor would take no responsibility. SCAM site!

I ordered a jumpsuit that I thought was Free People and the designer is We The Free never head of that design. I am disappointed.

I ordered Paige Claudine jeans that were represented as being a size 26.
The jeans they delivered were a size 25 (as listed on the tab in the jeans. I immediately tried to get a return label.
It took several days of constant emailing to get someone to respond. The customer service rep said "Send me proof"!
I emailed BHFO several pictures of the Paige tap which listed 25 and the BHFO tag which listed it as a 26 and the online ad which listed it as a 26.
The customer service rep said that they had to get in touch with a manager.
It was two days of calling/emailing and now it is two weeks later and I do not have the return label for the jeans.
They made a mistake. Then, they lied about the return policy. They mislabeled and misrepresented the item. I am out almost $100 because they make you pay for shipping.
This is a fraudulent activity from a company. I do not recommend ANYONE purchase ANYTHING from this online store.
I still am waiting for some customer service manager to send me a label to return something they sold by misleading me about the size.

Please never ever buy from them no matter how cheap the price may be. Because they are the worst when it comes to customer service on returns, missing items or refunds. It’s like once your package leaves their premises it is no longer their problem but yours. I have only had non stop stalling for 3 weeks
