Nate Paller was my loan consultant and he answered my many questions and helped alleviate my anxiety about a loan. He was clear in the instructions for all the documents and prompt in communication which helped me to complete everything in a timely manner.

This was our second experience with BHG Financial (first was a mortgage) and both have been beyond our expectations. Everyone we worked with at this company have been consummate professionals eager to help us and quickly get through the loan processes with minimal difficulties. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again on any of their financial products.

The process was a bit longer than I thought but it was shorter than most loan processes. The BHG representative I worked with was wonderful. He walked me through every step, told me what I needed to do next, offered helpful information on addressing financial concerns, and most importantly was very patient with me and answered all of my questions either on the phone or through emails. BHG also kept me informed of the status of my loan throughout the process. I was very pleased with my experience and the working with the employees at BHG.

Consolidation Loan. Overall great experience, Nate Paller was direct and easy to work with. No haggling, no upselling.

Only issue was the metric used for direct payments was not in my complete financial interest (still better than the previous situation, but could have been better.). This experience would be a 5 star otherwise.

I received interesting and good marketing material in the mail. I liked the direct mail style—sophisticated and well designed.

I responded via QR code to check out details. Then I got a call. I disnt respond to the call but Adrienne also texted me. It was easy to respond to the text.
Then we talked after a few texts.
Then emails with details.

BHG was so responsive and helpful UNTIL my personal loan wasn't approved. I never heard back from them, and had to go to the website to check the status 3 days later to find out my application was denied. At least have the decency to let me know. I will never apply with them again.
