Bho&Co is by far the best letting agency I've rented from. Jenna and Hayley are very friendly and professional. They were always quick to answer and help whenever I needed. I will miss them!

My wife and I rented a flat with them for 3 years. They are, by far, the best company that we have had rent agreements with so far. We are foreigners, and they treat us like at home. They are very sweet, treat you with dignity and respect, and respond to any issue promptly. We do recommend them, for sure.

Bho and Co were a pleasure to work with during our tenancy. Very approachable on any issues no matter how small during the tenancy. During our recent checkout of the property they very responsive to all communication and accommodating.

Bhoandco have looked after our flat in Edinburgh for a number of years now. They do a fantastic job, and turnarounds are very quick. They are also very good and keeping us posted on what is happening. I would thoroughly recommend them if you are looking for letting agents in the Edinburgh area.

I am so thankful to have Bho & Co as a property management and letting company looking after both property, and tenants, so well, and being so lovely to interact with at the same time. Absolute dream team! This was our first time renting and Bho & Co couldn't have made the process any easier for us. I'd done a lot of reading prior to deciding to buy-to-let that renting can offer little reward for the effort, but now I believe the people spouting this were probably just engaged with inefficient letting agents! Hayley & Jenna are highly professional but with a very human, non-stuffy approach. From generating pristine marketing images, completing detailed inventories, finding the perfect tenant to keeping on top of maintenance requests - they're on it before you can think about it, and we couldn't have felt more at ease with their expertise. Highly recommend!

Jenna and Hayley and their team are perfectly lovely and created such a wonderful and warm experience for us when we were moving into the let property and were always on hand to help and support our many questions and needs regarding everything from finding appropriate Wi-Fi to dealing with unexpected hot water issues during our stay.

Moving in and out of the property was truly a seamless and easy experience because of Jenna and Hayley as a team and their organization. They truly care and know the business inside and out.
