At first, I thought this site must be a scam, but it's just a small Finnish business.
All our orders came as promised, and on time.
All that was missing was one tiny screw for a cabinet door, but I might've lost it myself, great experience!
I encourage you to order from this site, it was much cheaper than all the other megabrands.
As bhome.fi is fairly new establishment, I was a bit wary if it's a scam. I tried to find reviews and numbers, but all I could find was the Facebook page. Nonetheless, the Facebook page and their web store was convicing so I decided to give it a try. Everything went well and that's why I wanted to help out others with this review!
Shipping was free to Finland and the package arrived quite quickly. A minus was that it arrived to the closest store with postal pick up, not my home. I think they manhandled the package at the store, hence one of the glasses was broken. I contacted Bhome and they promised to send me a new glass, they answered within a few hours.
Assembly was easy, although I had to use some of my own screws, since there were maybe 8 that seemed too long for the purpose. After assembly we realized it wasn't the same tv-stand we had ordered, but actually we liked this one better and decided to keep it. We got a small gift card to the shop for this.
All and all a positive experience compared to other online furniture companies. We really love the stand, it's unique and low priced for the quality.
