Scam. Acuired a VPS for a year subscription. My server is not responding. Support and so called management do not reply at all.

Also, no skype and no phone to contact.

Scam company, they just take your money and run away.

Awful experience. The worst support I ever seen. It literally does NOT exist at all.
I run 2 websites on their gold package. But my server is down for 2 days and no response from support at all!
All I have is this error message: An error occurred processing your request. The host is currently unavailable. Please try again later

My business is down because of Bhost. Stay away from them.

The servers actually seem pretty good but they never answer support tickets which makes them seem highly suspicious. Even if you email them directly they just convert the email to a ticket and ignore it too. Basically I feel like I can't trust them for a paid service that pretends to offer support but actually doesn't. This isn't for a single ticket, this is 4 separate tickets across 3 months on 2 different accounts.

I have subscribed to the latest plan for VPS, bought 5 servers for a network of game servers and know what? They have suspended each of my services without reason and I have to issue refunds to all my customers.

Additionally, THEY CLAIM TO HAVE A 1GBPS NETWORK and they only offer you a 10kb/s network, no jokes. I had to wait two months for an answer to the ticket complaining about their network speed and they havent even resolved this issue yet... hey have said they wull have it fixed within the next week because of a carrier thing and they never did, it hapenned another month then and the network was WORST

100% scam they dont answer my tickets I may say 0/0/0/1 support (i believed they had 24/7 but its just a way to gain customers)

I dont want refunds I want my precious data back and i want to bring back my game servers hosting company back

I have subscribed to the Gold plan in order to get 1 GB/s speed, but what I had is less than 10 kb/s !! However, I have contact the support and they didn't respond to me till 7 days then they have refund me my money without replying my email at all or explain anything to me. It's just waste of time if you did think to join them. 7 Days of my time have gone for nothing.

I moved all of my personal online services to BHost in 2013 and have never regretted it. The small cost for a reliable, dedicated VPS service has proved to be just right for running everything that I need (websites, email, cloud server, etc.).

BHost are fast, reliable, cheap, great support and excellent up-time.

What more could you want?

We've been using Bhost for several years now and can't fault the service. Spin a new VPS up in minutes, if not seconds. Support tickets for any queries are dealt with really quickly. Can't fault them.

The good thing about BHost is how quickly and easily you can spin up a server for various needs. For me I just needed a LAMP stack for a low traffic website, so it didn't make sense to commit to more than it needed. BHost gave me the perfect balance.

BHost has been the better VPS Provider I have used and in last couple of years I have tried many to find better provider for projects, but BHost has been most reliable and consistency for performance.

The service is ok but the customer support is nor good at all. The servers that I have went down for 2 days and I made a ticker for that and nothing until 2 days, when the service was on-line. We also have clients that rely on us and the fact that the server was down is more or less ok, but we need communication so we can talk with the clients further.
Another thing is why we can't have templates up to date? If I want Ubuntu 16 or the latest version LTS I have to configure that manual. It is also a little bit annoying.
The last thing is that we need some API to interact with the DNS, so we can add a client for hosting and we need the process to be full automated and I think with a API this is doable. Maybe you can implement it in the near future.

I think that you are doing a great job over all but like I said you customer support is really bad and the most annoying thing is the fact that you cover the bad customer support in a nice marketing campaign. So let me just prove this to you:

- On 5 May 2015 I wrote you on Twitter that "I wander if we can access the DNS through the API service in the near future?" and no answer to that. No answer.
- I wrote back on 24 May 2016 asking "Can you let me know when we will have Ubuntu 16.04 LTS for install?". This time someone replied on 25th saying "It should be available in the coming weeks. We are just waiting on Openvz to add it to their repository.". I have KVM but anyway ...
- Today is 25.02.2017 and there is no template available, you need to install it manually, so ok, you can do the job, but hard. In some way this is ok, but it is not professional from you guys. Just my opinion ...
- On 8 Oct 2016 the NL node was down and I've send you e-mails and I wrote on Twitter. I've send e-mails to all available addresses including management and because I have "direct access to our management team by emailing management@....." (ironic) after 2 days the service was online and I got an email and also a discount for my trouble over this matter. In that 2 days things could happen but no one bothered to send a e-mail and to say something ... anything...

I am a customer from 08.2014 so that is almost 3 years now and my customer ID is 5005. I hope that this detailed reply will not trigger any "operational problems" on my systems and you can see this like a positive thing and maybe we can grow stronger and better together.

Really quick and easy to get VPSs spun up - great selection of OSs and service levels, and really handy guides provided for getting various services set up. Highly recommended.

BHost has been a fantastic platform for our society to establish itself and grow. BHost give us flexible access to a dedicated virtual server to run our website on and build connected projects with. We have never experienced any downtime or outages.

It's many years ago when I was looking for my first VPS hosting. And I'm using BHost since. It's truly affordable, it's pretty stable, and provides me all what I need. If I think about it, I really can't recall when there was any sort of service hiccup last time.

I've tried several hosting services in the past and have found BHost to be my favorite and the one I recommend to friends time after time. The service represents good value for money providing a solid, no nonsense VPS offering with tons of bandwidth and great support.

We've been with BHost now over 5 years and can't fault their service and support. Great packages give value for money with a choice of locations for your server.
