Highly recommend this company
I had two quotes for air conditioning and B&H won hands down due to their superior knowledge and explanation of products and differences between models. Having chosen the Mitisibushi air conditioning units, the installation was excellent. However, there were a couple of issues BUT as I always say it is how a company deals with aftersales issues that really shows what they are like to deal with. B&H were excellent and not only resolved the issues promptly but insisted that I only transfer the balance due to them once I was 100% happy. The owner Rob and his wife who is the finance director are clearly really decent people and it has been a pleasure dealing with them. I highly recommend B&H and lets face it summers are going to get hotter, so if like me you cannot tolerate heat and enjoy a good sleep in hot weather, they are the company to choose. Additionally the units can be used for heat in winter and the outside heat pump/ condenser is extremely quiet.
