Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I ordered some outfits in 19 March with delivery supposed to be within 4 days. I’m still waiting on the 31st having contacted the company and getting no response. Too late now for granddaughter’s birthday so wouldn’t buy on line from them again. Poor mailing, poor service.

When I ordered a doll from Bibi Doll I didn't have to wait long. The doll was beautiful. I loved the face first and when I looked at it all, these was nothing that was wrong at all. It was wonderful. I can get clothes for the 18 inch doll at the same place. I've bought a seat for the doll from the same place. I've been back few times as it is cheap. Wonderful.

Birthday present
Delivered on time. Clear website. I purchased the 17inch Sweet Pea doll for my grandaughter as the 20inch would have been too big for her pram. Not given yet so I don't know how hard wearing it will be. Four stars as I can see part of a plastic tie around the neck but hoping she won't notice it. I bought a 20 inch dolls outfit to go with it which is slightly big but looks fine and easier to get on and off. Outfits are good quality and I will buy more. I'm sure she will love the doll.

Disappointed....
The ordering, communication and delivery were excellent. However, unfortunately my 18 month old grandaughter was playing with the dolly and just 15 minutes in the head fell off! On checking the head is secured by a thin plastic cable tie which we were unable to secure back on.
My grandaughter was loving the doll, but when the head falling off she cried.
We were so cross my daughter threw it in the bin and went and brought her a replacement dolly, which she will not go anywhere near.
The default doll has scared her and put her off. I know the doll wasn't that expensive, but I do expect when a doll is designed for young hands, all parts should be secured, to prevent potential choking hazard.
A pretty doll but not well made.
