On holiday from UK to Spain unfortunately the display on my Engwin X was damaged whilst in Spain, I contacted this company and within 5 days I received a new display. Excellent service and I would highly recommend irrespective of where you are in the EU.

I bought my electric Bicycle from this store and then after sometime my Bicycle shows some Error I contacted to the store they solved within a minutes they have really a nice service I recommend there store based on personal experience ♥️

This really is a terrible company. I bought a FIIDO T1 cargo bike versione 2023 with them. To have this bike on the public streets I need a registration document. I mailed with them over 5 times but they respond ion my request to give me the proper documents. They just refer to their general conditions that they are not responsible for this kind of problems. It';s incredible they sell bikes that can't go on the public road.

By the way:
you can't call them if you are in trouble but just send emails. At a certain point if it gets too difficult for them they will ignore your emails.

My bike arrived 2 weeks too late from Poland. In Italy they have a postal adress.

According to them I can't return my bike because I deconstructed the box... How can you unpack the bike if it's more than 50kgs? This is not according the consumer conditions in Italy.

To make a long story short: I spend 1699 euros for a product I can't use and can't return according to them.

UPDATE 20-6-23:
Finally somebody with a kind of human sense contacted me . It still took some time to settle it but they offered me a very nice solution: I could swap my bike for another that I can use on the public streets in Italy. They paid me the difference in price in return. In the end I'm happy with my ebike.
