Unable to renew via a link had to call…
Unable to renew via a link had to call a number then on hold for a long time before having to go through a long list of questions - renewal can be made a lot easier than this especially if you're trying to keep business not scare it away.
It would put me off staying with them next year if I have to go through the same pain I will definitely be looking into alternatives.

Waiting time
took too long for phone to be answered....30 mins...then the process of just renewing not a new policy took far too long as well....spnt nearly an hour on the phone to just renew and pay for my policy!!!
