I get the bike in time and it seams of good staff. I tried to contact them to get info about waranty and where the bikes are produced but, I didn't get feedback because I need to know where I can buy a spareparst..

What is it with Bicycles 4 U?
I had a problem with my ebike purchased several years ago.
I was told that the model was now obsolete and they didn't have any spare parts because they were closing down.
End of story - no help whatsoever!!
Be careful as no customer service but I see from their website that they are still selling bikes - that has to be bad news!!

Price was good and delivery was fast. That was the good part. Now try the customer services !! I called them and emailed within 24 hours of receiving the bike to arrange a return. After 1 week and several calls and emails they arranged for Parcelforce to collect. Parcelforce arrived with NO labels and could not collect it. They told us that B4U should have emailed us the labels. We are now 5 days later and still no reply to any emails, and we have emailed every day. The phone lines are constantly engaged so we have had no contact in 5 days. We still have the bike and have no way of contacting B4U. We are now taking this matter up with out credit card company before we go over 14 days.

Would not recommend this company !!

to start with I asked for a test ride to which they replied come down on anyt working day working time with 24 hour notice but when I did was told what about next week. Also had difficulty contacting them during working hours (no answering). never the less I travelled some 300 miles round trip to check out their offerings. Luckily I never bought because the next thing I see on their site is a going out of business sale with an alledged 20% off albeit with only a 2 months warranty. But this company being what it is, the prices were not reduced at all and enquiry regarding that got no answer. Pretty weak operation all around so I can see why they are going out of business and even that they cant do honestly offering their bikes at the same old price but with a 2 month warranty on their just arrived new stock;, makes you question the given reason for their sale and going out of business i.e. increased costs. Methinks maybe shoddy hardware vis a vis 2 month warranty only. I dont see how they can hope to get rid of their stock like that, maybe the people are mugs. Me? I'm going elsewhere their apparent price advantage is illusionary and fake. Good riddance!

OK price wise maybe I shouldn't grumble but we bought 2 x bikes 1x Oslo and 1x Athens which were scratched and had paint missing from certain parts of the bikes. I unpacked them and went thro' checking all the nuts and fittings and the plastic reflector was snapped off ( not the end of the world) .Eventually with just a few days to our holiday with the bikes they were set up but when we used them for the first time the seat stems slid down constantly . I have since carried out some modifications and they seem ok now. I should have sent them back but we were out of time before use and it costs you to do that after 7 days. Carrying bags are however of good quality ! Not really great quality bikes though. Since first reviewing and after less than 200 miles use the crank on my bike is making noises so not great ...in fact rubbish my advice is to buy from a local shop so you can take back if anything goes wrong. Certainly wouldn't buy from B4U again !!!!

I wanted an electric bike at a reasonable price so visited the showroom at Bicycles4u.com in Droitwich. Was met by a very pleasant man who let me try them on the road. I was particularly pleased about the height of the saddle as I am only 5ft. Bought the bike no problems and went home a very happy lady.

Two months into purchasing my bike I unfortunately fell off it and broke my shoulder (totally my own fault). Today, more than 12 months on I took the bike to them to see if they could mend the handlebar brake as it had fractured also my broken bell! Plus check it over. The man I saw couldn't have been more obliging told me to go and have some lunch and come back for my bike. When I came back he said my bike was done and waiting for me! New brake and bell. I asked how much and I couldn't believe he said "No probs free of charge" well how good was that!!

I couldn't recommend this company highly enough for both the quality of my bike and the after service.

I was looking for an electric bike and I needed delivery to Ireland. Not many of the bile websites want to deliver to Ireland and the sites in Ireland seem to have little or no stock, being impatient I didn't want to wait.

I bought the Elation electric bike, the spec looked good and the description was clear with a video. I ordered online after calling them to check that the stock was physical.

The bike arrived (today) virtually built, all I had to do was attach the handlebars, seat post and pedals. Impressively there was even an included toolkit.

The battery appears to be well charged, and everything was well put together and adjusted correctly,

This was a budget priced bike, but actually the quality and performance is very good. I was very impressed with how quickly the order was processed, how well the bike was packaged and how easy it was to get ready for the road. Bicycles4u.com have certainly exceeded my expectations.
