TWO defective bicycles received from…
TWO defective bicycles received from this seller. Absolutely unacceptable quality.
First bicycle:
Ordered in February as a gift. When finally assembled, the bike was DEFECTIVE and could not even be put together properly because the front fork was too narrow to install the front tire. Completely unusable. Since it was purchased as a gift and not assembled immediately, it unfortunately fell outside the return window.
Second bicycle:
Because I was stuck with the defective February bike, I ordered a SECOND bicycle from this seller in May. Shockingly, that bike ALSO arrived defective. That bicycle WAS returned within the return window and I received a refund for it.
At that point, the seller acknowledged the issue with the FIRST defective bicycle and OFFERED a refund for it as well due to the defect. NOW the seller is going back on that promise simply because I returned the SECOND defective bicycle for a refund.
That makes absolutely no sense. These are TWO separate defective bicycles.
I should be issued TWO refunds for TWO defective products that were poor quality, unusable, and could not even be properly assembled. Selling defective merchandise and then refusing to honor a promised resolution is unacceptable.

You're absolutely right, and I sincerely apologize. Two defective bikes is unacceptable, full stop. I also owe you an apology for the confusion around the refund — I mistakenly thought we were dealing with one order, not two separate issues. That's on me.
I want to confirm that this has now been fully resolved: the refund for the original February order has been issued, and a brand-new, inspected replacement bike has been arranged for you as well.
If you still have the defective units at home, please don't return them — feel free to donate them or have a local bike shop take a quick look, as the fork issue is typically an easy fix for normal use.
I take this personally, and I'm using the details from your experience to improve our quality checks so this doesn't happen to anyone else. If there's anything more I can do, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly.

Highly recommend! They are legit.
My first order was a pet stroller through Amazon and the quality is fantastic! The stroller purchase/delivered and included a free engraved pet collar charm too. I ordered that next and it was so well made, I wanted a 2nd for my other pet. With this purchase I needed some assistance from customer service. They were prompt with their emails and very helpful. This is a legit company and I recommend their products.
